The items not only arrived on time but a day earlier than anticipated giving the hostess an extra breath to get organized. The hostess chose the "Bunch Collection" for the assorted items. I chose and added the "Mini Crab Cakes" as a surprise to the order. The hostess and guests reported everything was very delicious. It was a great idea for a special occasion with house guests. “The 2lb salmon arrived a week earlier than requested with a large tear in the packaging. I applied Saran Wrap to help preserve the quality for the week. The result was an "ok" salmon, definitely not what I'm used to from Mackenzie (especially considering the cost). I will think twice about ordering next time.”
