“I love the products and received plenty of updates on shipping of the entree. However, I also got a gift card and am having trouble tracking it. I called and the customer service person was very helpful, but said she couldn't let me know the shipping status. She said the only way to know if it was received was to ask the recipient. That does not seem very efficient.”

“Weāve ordered from Mackenzie in the past and have found the food very delicious and good quality. However this order was a disappointment. We ordered a full dinner for friends after the husband returned home after major surgery. We hoped to plan the dinner for the evening of their return. The shipping detail indicated the food would arrive on or before October 31st. Today is November 5th and the delivery was just received. Why advertise a delivery date if itās not achievable? Probably weāll order from Mackenzie again but not for gifts. Delivery commitments are over promised and not delivered.”
