“Previously ordered items were very good. However, I ordered 2 lbs of mussels and received only one. As I no longer had the order form/number, there was no way to ask about the other pound!”
“We ordered the fully cooked turkey. Followed the instructions....thawed and then cooked for 75 minutes. Took it out to set and heated the beans and my other sides. When. We started carving the turkey it was not cooked enough. Took out all of the sides and had to cook the turkey another 50 minutes! Finally it was done to our liking. Did not like the bean casserole at all. What a shame...”
“I think your products are overpriced. The turkey roll I bought for Thanksgiving was adequate but no more than that; I wouldn't call it delicious. The salmon Florentine appetizers were incredibly dry. We doctored them up with a mix of mayo and Dijon to make them edible. The turkey gravy did not taste homemade and the servings were pretty small really. Would not purchase ANY of this again; sorry.”
“Very disappointed overall. Sweet potato casserole was fabulous, but shrimp and hush puppies were just okay. Broccoli casserole was bland and Mac and cheese was so dry that it was inedible.”
“The ordering and delivery were easy. The Molten lava cakes deserve 10 stars and will reorder. Meatloaves were delicious. The 4 star rating is because the pork schnitzel was dry and tasteless and I would never serve it to a guest. I’ve eaten only one and don’t know if I’ll eat the others. Trying to think of a way to make them better. First time ordering from Mackenzie.”
