I notified customer service and they apologized and agreed to expedite the other 3 boxes. Instead of the other 3 boxes, I received 3 coffee cakes but the packing slip said 3 Biscuits with the Boss. Once again, I notified customer service and they apologized for the mistake, told me to keep the coffee cakes and expedited the 3 Biscuits with the Boss. The coffee cakes are delicious as are the biscuits. I will definitely order from Mackenzie again despite the shipping errors.”
