Although I ordered the more expensive one only to find it included the green beans. I didn't see any place that showed what item the additional price was added. If I missed the spot, okay, but if it isn't listed you really should mention it.”
“Products sent as gifts are usually very good. My only complaint is lack of shipping notifications. There is no tracking and no notification of delivery. So I always have to ask the recipient if they received my gift.”

Food amazing, but have to admit shipping is a bit much. The holiday “no shipping “ over Thanksgiving giving made all the difference in ordering.

“i've been buying from you for many years, especially around Christmas and other holidays. You have wonderful items, tasty and easy to prepare. However, unlike many other companies that sell food products, you charge shipping fees, I actually ordered the entire Christmas meal from you for our whole family (we're Polish and serve 12 dishes on Christmas Eve) and was ready to push the complete purchase button when I saw how much it was going to cost me in shipping. I know you have to make a profit, but I can get items at the local store and not have to worry about exorbitant shipping costs. I wouldn't write this except, as I said, I see that other companies send steaks, meals, etc. without charging shipping. None as good or varied as you, but if they can do it, maybe you can too. If you stop charging shipping fees, I will buy from you more items and more often. Thank you.”
“The food came quickly and well packages. Unfortunately nothing was to RAVE about. I mean, it was good, don't get me wrong, but it didn't WOW me. I think it ended up all being pretty overpriced for what it was. It was an interesting experience, but it's highly unlikely order again.”

“The cake arrived the day before Thanksgiving and dry ice had kept it very cold. There were no instructions on what to do with the cake, so I put it in the refrigerator until noon on Thanksgiving and then brought it to my son's house, where he served it to everyone around 4:00 pm.”
“Some foods are delicious and worth the price and others are not. For example, the bacon lollipops and the roasted whole turkey are very good and worth the price. But the gravy and the pumpkin pie are not very good and definitely not worth the cost.”
