Had ordered and enjoyed Ted Lasso. biscuits which were wonderful but this order was too disappointing to risk another mistake.”

“I have had a most difficult experience with Mackenzie Limited. When placing a large order ($450.00) I could not exit the checkout. After several attempts, I simply started over. I did not get an immediate confirmation nor "thank you" for shopping with Mackenzie so I started over. When the shipment arrived my sister immediately put everything in the freezer. I did not realize you sent two orders until I received my American Express bill. This error was your website failure, not mine. I am extremely upset to spend $225.00 unintentionally.”
“I called about the beef wellington. The meat inside was not filet. It certainly did not look like the photo. The one I cooked had meat that was pieced together. I asked to return the product. Have not heard anything from customer service. It's been over two weeks.”
“Though my package was shipped, I was not given the tracking information. I was never able to get a clear picture of when my package would arrive. I did go back to your customer service though she gave me a lot of documentation. There was never proof of an email sent to me regarding Tracking nor did I receive the email that was said to be provided on the day the package was shipped. My package arrived on the front door on a day. I was not home.”
“The sweet potato casserole that I have ordered for the last several years was not the same this year. When the package arrived it said Dutch Sweet Potato Casserole. It was not as good and contained eggs which some of my family are allergic to. I have previously purchased this casserole because of how tasty it was and it was egg free. This was a product switch to a more inferior product and of course an increase price. The last time I will be ordering from Mackenzie Foods after years of using this company.”
