Friends and I gathered to celebrate the Holidays with each of us bringing some goodies. The cheesecake bites and key lime bites were the hit of the gathering. The cheesecake bites are rich, creamy and the dark chocolate coating is a perfect compliment. Be sure to take them out of the tray before thawing, they can be a bit messy once they get to room temperature. And it is best to let the key lime bites thaw in the fridge and only put them out at the last minute since the key lime filling is almost of liquid consistency at room temperature.
