The only problem was that one was delivered by FedEx, and it stayed on the truck for four days before delivering it to my brother's door. It was ruined when it got delivered. We called Chesapeake Bay and they sent another Turkey Roll to replace the first. It was delivered by UPS. When it got there it was still frozen. Thanks to Chesapeake Bay for your quick correction. I gave it a four because of the delivery issues. I stand by this company for delicious recipes. I will purchase it again. Thanks.”
“Mackenzie Ltd products are very delicious. The instructions for cooking are clear. The portions are generous without being excessive. We enjoyed our meal and dessert and felt well nourished. The gift box from Mackenzie Ltd that we sent to my sister was a delight to her and her family. It was good to know she was able to provide a nutritious, delicious meal without a lot of preparation.
The staff at the Headquarters in Owings Mills, MD were delightful and helpful. The online ordering was easy and efficient.
