“A Yule log I had shipped to a friend for Christmas arrived damaged. He called and reported it but they would not reship to him. I had to be the one to report it. When I did 3 days later, I was told it would be reshipped. However, I then received an email saying that it was no longer in stock and I would receive credit for the item, which I did. But then I had to hurry with something else and PAID EXTRA TO EXPEDITE SHIPPING SO IT WOULD ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!
I'm not sure I will ever again order from here.”

The ordering process; however, does needs tweaking as I ended up making two identical purchases to the same address because I did not know the first attempt had taken.
