“The Herb Roasted Whole Turkey was great! We ordered it for Thanksgiving and gave it 3 days to thaw in the fridge. We followed the cooking directions and it came out great! Very easy, we'll order from them again next year :)”
“My order did not provide items ordered. For thanksgiving I received biscuits ( which we didn’t enjoy at all) instead of the green beans I had ordered. My orders prior have always been very nice and completely delicious.”
“This was the worst quality seafood my family & I have ever eaten. Truly terrible & will not be ordering again. Will not be recommending this to any friends or family.”
“We bypassed the cooking this Thanksgiving and ordered non-traditional dishes from Mackenzie. The meal was tasty and pleasurable. It came perfectly packed in dry ice and heated up perfectly.”
“Some items good but overpriced Cajun fried turkey was good as was turkey roll Kentucky bourbon pecan torts were not fresh, gravy was horrible, creamed spinach was good but too rich
I will try again though.”
“My wife has always loved crab cakes but about 8 years ago she became gluten free due to sensitivity to gluten. So we tried Chesapeake’s gf crab cakes and she loved them. I like them too and I’m not gluten free.”
“Never disappointed with MacKenzie products. My only proviso is the mini meatloaves took more than the stated 10-12 minutes in the oven. It was more like 20 minutes. But they were delicious!”
“After decades - literally years and years of buying and shipping gifts through MacKenzie - a tradition of gift giving for both our families and professional colleagues - sadly this year I encountered the rudest, unkind, downright mean telephone reps. I simply called to find out why a salmon order in the blue cooler bag that was expressed/I paid for overnight shipping - never arrived - a second express order again never arrived - almost 14 days later a basket ( not the cooler) arrived - it’ was 80 degrees in LA - salmon was warm- one rep disconnected the line and another refused to reimburse just the shipping - I just gave up- sadly this is not the Mackenzie company it used to be. Welcome to the dumbing down of America.”
