The shrimp & mussells were over-spiced, IMHO. A Simple garlic butter would have been better~ but that's just me. ALSO~ cooking instructions for oven or microwave might have been useful. I couldn't fire up a grill for heating it. Your Beignets & other baked goodies are Fabulous & make Joyous Gifts!!”
