“I order a lot from MacKenzie, often as meal gifts for family. We have had mostly excellent experiences. But this time, the package came badly damaged (ups fault I guess) and neither of the beef dishes ((chateaubriand and stuffed beef tenderloin) were edible to my receiving family members, possibly due to the packaging breakdown. Would like a credit for this”

“The creamy crab dip was easily 5 stars. It was chock full of flavor and went well with crackers or chips. The green bean casserole was a bit of a disappointment as it was soggy and lacked much flavor. I'd give it 2 stars.”
