The delay in receiving was not the fault of your company but the delivery company and being unfamiliar with the area; delivered to wrong address. But it eventually found its way to us, still frozen and in good condition. I will order again from your company.”

“Unfortunately, my most recent order of beef wellington was a huge disappointment. The beef was gray in color, and cooked at the minimum recommended time, was still well done. There was virtually no mushroom puree and the overall flavor was bland. I do not recommend this purchase. However, the twice baked potatoes were fine.”
“I was very disappointed with the products I received. The bacon Mac and cheese bites were the only thing they would eat. The rest I had to throw away. The vegetable gratins and mushroom tarts were not good. They were heated according to instructions. I have tried several of your items and overall am not pleased with the products”
“We have had some pretty good experiences with Mackenzie, and some misses. This Christmas, we ordered prime rib and some sides. The sides were excellent. The prime rib was terrible. It was very sinewy, rare (even after following directions), and fatty. Very disappointing for something so expensive. We thought we were having a great meal & saving time. The leftovers went in the trash. No one wanted to eat it. Very sad. Karin Harrison”
