“We bypassed the cooking this Thanksgiving and ordered non-traditional dishes from Mackenzie. The meal was tasty and pleasurable. It came perfectly packed in dry ice and heated up perfectly.”

“After decades - literally years and years of buying and shipping gifts through MacKenzie - a tradition of gift giving for both our families and professional colleagues - sadly this year I encountered the rudest, unkind, downright mean telephone reps. I simply called to find out why a salmon order in the blue cooler bag that was expressed/I paid for overnight shipping - never arrived - a second express order again never arrived - almost 14 days later a basket ( not the cooler) arrived - it’ was 80 degrees in LA - salmon was warm- one rep disconnected the line and another refused to reimburse just the shipping - I just gave up- sadly this is not the Mackenzie company it used to be. Welcome to the dumbing down of America.”
“Just ok icing is too sweet I think, and when it arrived the plastic was cut half off the cake and the seal on the actual cake box was cut. But i said a prayer and served for Thanksgiving.”
“We changed things up for Thanksgiving this year and did a 3-4# Prime Rib. It was PERFECT! Came precooked (frozen). We defrosted it a few days before and then gave it the cook to 100degrees. It smelled fantastic, the crust was perfectly seasoned and the center was red and juicy. It'll be hard to go back to turkey after having this. My only hesitation is the cost.”
