“The cooking time was not close to being accurate. The lasagne was supposed to be ready after 50 minutes, yet the top center was still frozen. I cooked it another 10 minutes and the top center was slushy. The cheese there hadn't melted. I decided to microwave a portion so that I could eat. I found the flavor to be lacking. The tomato base needed more oregano or other spices. The cheeses were good. The quantity of lasagne was barely acceptable for the price.”
“i've been buying from you for many years, especially around Christmas and other holidays. You have wonderful items, tasty and easy to prepare. However, unlike many other companies that sell food products, you charge shipping fees, I actually ordered the entire Christmas meal from you for our whole family (we're Polish and serve 12 dishes on Christmas Eve) and was ready to push the complete purchase button when I saw how much it was going to cost me in shipping. I know you have to make a profit, but I can get items at the local store and not have to worry about exorbitant shipping costs. I wouldn't write this except, as I said, I see that other companies send steaks, meals, etc. without charging shipping. None as good or varied as you, but if they can do it, maybe you can too. If you stop charging shipping fees, I will buy from you more items and more often. Thank you.”
“Always very happy with my dessert selections for holiday potlucks. Seems overall a hit with people. Never had problems with shipping either; very timely. The only thing I wish is that u'd bring back the almond praline torte which EVERBODY was sad u discontinued it. It was the sponge cake soaked in something divine with marscapone between the cake layers and then the top of the cake or torte was covered with almonds dusted with maybe powdered sugar? There was not one slice left. U next changed it into a berry torte but that did not go over well so I see it's gone too. I got the next conversion..the limoncello cake (same cake and marscarpone but different flavor) and it's good but not everyone likes lemon. If u bring back the almond praline one, we would all jump for joy! Please bring it back at least for old times' sake!”
“We have ordered appetizers and 2 people full dinners the beef wellington. Also ordered dinner for dear friends. Plus ordered the beautiful centerpiece polar express train. Will keep ordering. Food is excellent and timing on delivery when you need it delivered. Cannot get better than that.”
