“I ordered 4 boxes of Biscuits with the Boss and only one box arrived but the packing slip said 4 were in the shipment. I notified customer service and they apologized and agreed to expedite the other 3 boxes. Instead of the other 3 boxes, I received 3 coffee cakes but the packing slip said 3 Biscuits with the Boss. Once again, I notified customer service and they apologized for the mistake, told me to keep the coffee cakes and expedited the 3 Biscuits with the Boss. The coffee cakes are delicious as are the biscuits. I will definitely order from Mackenzie again despite the shipping errors.”
“Some of the dishes were overly seasoned. The mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were delicious, but the amount provided were very small and in no way enough to provide reasonable portions to 4 people.”
