“My order was a gift to a friend that lives in an apartment building. It wasn’t delivered to his door and was instead left in a common area mail room where someone else took it. When I called Mackenzie to alert about this I was told no refund or replacement. Only if I paid again. Terrible customer service and I will never order from this company again.”

Sweet potatoe tasty, mac n cheese was good, delicious vegetable, the corn ball which is a lil ball containing sweet corn is good just need more corn...pork roast not bad however did not tastes
garlic and tough meat in spots within the pork roll cld use a more tender meat..”
“The food quality and taste are very average. The Stromboli was fine, but the Vegetable Potato Medley turned into mush when cooked as recommended. Moreover, the medley was overwhelmingly potatoes, not vegetables—listed first in the description. Obviously, potatoes are heavy, so not a lot of vegetables needed to be included to get to the 3 lbs noted in the description. Moreover, asparagus is the first vegetable listed, and very few strands of asparagus were included. It was mostly limp green beans. This was an impressive rip-off.”
“I ordered crab cakes, baked apples, gratin potatoes and appetizers to serve over the Thanksgiving holiday. The packaging was quite adequate and the products well-protected. Heating instructions were clear (though the print was tiny and a bit of a challenge for aging eyes). Each food item was DELICIOUS!!! I will order again. :)”
