“This was our first purchase from Mackenzie.The Delivery was on time and food was still frozen. It just wasn't as tasty as we thought it would be. disappointment was with the Portobello sauce. It justwas not as tasty as we thought it would be.”
“So I am sore the product was good as it normally is but one of my recipients did not receive as the delivery company indicated could not deliver but did not leave any notices of try to delivery and when I contacted them the delivery company they indicated my recipient would have to come to their location which was a non starter!!
Very disappointing at best. I had grandchildren who did not receive.”
“We were contemplating buying our Thanksgiving meal through Mackenzie. I told my husband that it is the pictures that tempt you but that I doubt things taste like you hope or expect. We purchased lobster cakes as a "trial" of Mackenzie products. Ordering was simple, it came quickly and was packed exceptionally well to keep it frozen. However, as I expected, the taste was subpar and you had to look really, really hard to find any lobster meat.”

“The quality is good, but the quantity is so-so. The cost of the product is a little high, but the shipping is quite unreasonable I think. If you want to charge more for your product, at least do it honestly and increase the product price, rather than sneaking in the extra as shipping.”
“Absolutely delicious both the lobster bisque and the mini crab cakes (especially the crab cakes). The way the bisque is packaged, I was able to cut the package in half while frozen to obtain smaller portions, really useful.”
“These dinners are my special treats for my children and grandchildren for birthdays, Easter and Christmas. They really look forward to them and they make great gifts. They are easy to prepare and everyone tells me they are delicious.”
