Packaging was secure -- a heavy styrofoam chest, considerable dry ice to maintain a proper temperature, a strong outer box for labels and instructions. The food was frozen when received. Yes -- the product (and shipping) is expensive! But that's a decision the buyer makes -- this buyer says value received.”
“Ordered several sides for my prime rib Christmas dinner. I’m a good cook but just didn’t have the time to make everything considering I made other dishes for the five days my family was visiting. The two sides I purchased were the Broccoli Gratin and the Truffle Broccoli and Cauliflower which we thought were mediocre at best. The Mac & Cheese and the Crème Burlee Cheesecake were very good and I highly recommend those.”
