“Mackenzie Ltd products are very delicious. The instructions for cooking are clear. The portions are generous without being excessive. We enjoyed our meal and dessert and felt well nourished. The gift box from Mackenzie Ltd that we sent to my sister was a delight to her and her family. It was good to know she was able to provide a nutritious, delicious meal without a lot of preparation.
The staff at the Headquarters in Owings Mills, MD were delightful and helpful. The online ordering was easy and efficient.

“I just wanted to try another way of not having to do all the desserts on the holiday. I was blown away on the flourless chocolate cake. It was JUST like mine!!! Then I tried the Tri-colored cookies, which are like Italian Petti-fors(spelling) and they too were just like mine. Also, on Thanksgiving, I ordered a pumpkin pie to be sent to my daughter's house and it came a little crushed. My daughter called them and they sent me a discount on on a future order. So I Think they're GREAT.”
“Every year, I send holiday treats to my financial consultants from Mackenzie. And every year, they rave about the quality and taste of whatever I choose! They have their favorites, but each year I pick one or two different ones for them to try. The goodies always arrive on time and are enjoyed by all. I would certainly recommend Mackenzie to everyone. “We purchased several items for holiday entertaining from Mackenzie -- as first time customers, and we had looked forward for quite some time to purchasing some items from your catalogue. Sadly, we were disappointed! We ordered the scallops -- puny, and certainly not a portion suitable for 4-6 people. Secondly, we ordered the mini kobe meatloaves --which certainly looked like ordinary (though oblong) meatballs, and certainly nothing special flavor-wise. Thirdly, the bacon lollypops were a hit at a holiday party, though we think we can easily duplicate them ourselves. Lastly, the four sliced Scottish salmon packages was high quality, and we were pleased with that choice. Overall, we don't feel Mackenzie Foods are not worth the hype, and certainly did not measure up to our anticipation!”
“We ordered gingerbread sleighs and a lighthouse this Christmas. Sleighs adorable and packed full of the cutest decorated cookies. Eat the cookies and fill the sleigh with something cute for Christmas! Lighthouse was so sweet. It was cockeyed a bit in its construction but cute.”
“I requested that the caviar be delivered on December 21 but instead it was delivered on December 8. Why do you have an option to choose a delivery date if you are not going to abide by it?”
“The items that I ordered were Christmas gifts, so I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy them myself. But the recipients were wowed by the uniqueness and quality of the items. Also, it was very easy and convenient to do business with the company and track the delivery, which was right on time. Overall, a very positive experience.”
