“The ordering process was easy and the food was delicious. I appreciate that I received the correct items. Unfortunately I was disappointed when a casserole container was received damaged which surprised me due to being packed in a styrofoam cooler. I was serving for a special meal so didn’t appreciate receiving a cracked container especially after paying extra for shipping for quicker delivery.”

Different companies. Packaged entirely differently. Corn in plastic coated cardboard box. Clear plastic wrap in thin cardboard sealed box. One had broken cracked corner including length of top edge. After cooking picked little black plastic tray pieces out of my serving bowl. Instructions did not include defrosted and frozen. The hostess requested these leftovers.
Beans had a heavier metal tray for baking. All I’m saying on this, is at our friends Easter Feast no one wanted the leftovers.”

“Dont buy from them. They do not stand behind their products. Spent too much money for a dozen waddles eggs with a marshmallow peep inside. The chocolate was "ok" but the peep inside was hard like rubber. It was not edible and I was afraid my someone would choke on it.”
I am sorry that you were not happy with your purchase. I reviewed the order and don't see that you contacted Customer Service at all, I will have someone reach out to you regarding this order.
“I ordered a Holiday meal for my son. Have of it came in broken plastic containers. The customer service person did credit me for the items with no apology or concern that he was about to have 1/2 a meal. There are better companies I have used. There site would not upload my photos of the food”

“I received an order of cupcakes as a gift. The cupcakes were VERY dry (they were actually CRUNCHY). I ended up tossing them. I reached out to customer service hoping the sender would be refunded the $100 he paid for them, but the rep was very callous, took no responsibility and simply offered to refer to quality team. I would not recommend this company based on first hand food quality experience and service experience.”
