“Hi there! Everything was really good except the prime rib. Everyone was disappointed including myself. I was serving prime rib and when we cut it and went to eat, after tasting it everyone said "this is not prime rib" nor did it look like prime rib. Nervously I thought maybe I ordered a different meat like pot roast or something. S I checked my order and I did order the prime rib. Anyway it did not taste good...very disappointed especially cause it cost so much. I will just make it next time.”
“I mistakenly ordered the wrong pkg. I happened to get a supervisor when i called who found a great solution by doing an ala carte order for the items missing from the original. It was a Christmas gift so her help saved the day and was greatly appreciated.”

Along with the fact one was nut edible because one ramekin was broken and had glass in it.
