“We have ordered before and it has always been a great experience. This time we were sent the wrong order BUT it was handled beautifully. We were told to keep the items delivered and received a phone call letting us know our original order would be sent to arrive in two days at no cost. So it was handled very well.”
“On November 12th, 2025 I placed a Thanksgiving order with the company, I did not receive any emails or notifications letting me know the status of my order. I called the company on November 26th,2025 and was told my order went out and was to be shipped to be by overnight delivery. It arrived on Wednesday, 11/26/25 by the stated time. But upon receiving and opening the order, it did not include my Cranberry Sausage Stuffing. I called to inquire a# to why and my operator Abagail was dismissive of my complaint and tried to get me off the phone as quick as she could. Rude. The food did not have the taste as comforting as it had in previous years. The Cornish Hens wer3 bland. The stuffing inside them were runny and lacking flavor. Very disappointed, especially for the amount of money I spent.”
We are so glad that your order arrived on time and in good condition, but very sorry it was missing an item. That's not what we want to happen. “Food advertised as gourmet, was not even close. Mashed potatoes were gray and tasteless. Stuffing was simple. Very disappointed for the $200+ I paid. Not nearly enough food for 4 people.”
“Failed to include in the delivery the pumpkin swirl cake that was part of the order and one of the main reasons for the order. Refunded the the amount paid, but a big disapointment.”

“A friend asked me to bring a few side dishes for Thanksgiving dinner. I freaked out becasuse I do not cook. Heard about Mackenziie and ordered Creme Fraiche mashed potatoes, sweet potaote casserole, honey and sage roasted carrots, and teh cranberry & orange relish. What a hit!!! Some of the guests even asked me to share my recipes.... I had to confess that I was not the cook.... they couldn't believe that I orderd everything. THANK YOU Mackenzie for making me look good.
