“I recieved both your onion soup and eggplant parm. as Christmas gifts. The onion soup was good but I was very disappointed wth the eggplant dish. I used to make this dish and it came out fine. The eggplant I recieved, after cooking in the oven was Mushy and slimey and the flavor was not great. I ended up cooking it longer hoping it would firm up but it did not. I am concerned because I ordered gift cards from you for my friends and I'm concered they will have a bad experience.”

Ordered the large gingerbread home and tree as a xmas present for a special grandchild. Never received. Called after xmas and the order hadn't even been sent. Had the same experience several years ago... placed an order that never got sent. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't do this a third time. Bye bye Mackenzie for good. 😡”
“Sorry to have to rate a three. The packaged salmon samples were great and my husband enjoyed them very much. The Mushroom Medley was not so successful. We followed directions for thawing and baking and it ended up being a soupy mess. It tasted fine. It just wasn't pretty or appetizing to serve. So the salmon gets a 5 and the mushrooms get a 2.”
“The food from Impromptu is very very good. They pack in a styrofoam cooler and it arrives frozen. We keep trying new foods and have not been disappointed.It is spendy though. Foods are spendy and shipping is also spendy so its more a treat for us.”
