“I paid for an overnight delivery. It took about 4 (or more) days. The food was halfway defrosted. The food was below par. I have received food from you before and it was very good. This order was for a friend lwho was greiving. What a dissapointment!”

“Beautiful food delivered on time to my mom, who has Alzheimer's and my sister, her caregiver, who is seriously compromised by an autoimmune disease. They can't drive or shop, and have dealt with only DoorDash or grocery delivery. Their MacKenzie food raised their spirits so much and helped them realize they are important and not forgotten. “as a Maryland family we were disappointed with our order. I thought the taste of crab was well represented. I thought the crab imperial was on the dry side. I haven't had crab Imperial in about 50 years, it did make a nice meal we added asperagus and potatoes very satisfiying. I am not a seafood person but do have it once in awhile for change.
