“I recieved both your onion soup and eggplant parm. as Christmas gifts. The onion soup was good but I was very disappointed wth the eggplant dish. I used to make this dish and it came out fine. The eggplant I recieved, after cooking in the oven was Mushy and slimey and the flavor was not great. I ended up cooking it longer hoping it would firm up but it did not. I am concerned because I ordered gift cards from you for my friends and I'm concered they will have a bad experience.”

Had the same experience several years ago... placed an order that never got sent. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't do this a third time. Bye bye Mackenzie for good. 😡”
