Pork shanks a bit better, but had somewhat large pieces of fat in the paskage, which I removed, and, after cooking was still a bit fatty.

“First, the packing and shipping was very good.
The honey salmon had good texture but had a bit of a “fishy” odor that the wife didn’t like.
The baby back ribs were very tasty, especially when I spiced up the sauce a bit for “Southern” flavor.
The crabcakes were excellent but because I am used to Maryland style crabcakes there should be a frying option. Add a some breadcrumbs to the mix and deep fry to crispy brown!
All in all quite nice and will be trying some other items soon.”
