“My order did not provide items ordered. For thanksgiving I received biscuits ( which we didn’t enjoy at all) instead of the green beans I had ordered. My orders prior have always been very nice and completely delicious.”
“The ordering and delivery were easy. The Molten lava cakes deserve 10 stars and will reorder. Meatloaves were delicious. The 4 star rating is because the pork schnitzel was dry and tasteless and I would never serve it to a guest. I’ve eaten only one and don’t know if I’ll eat the others. Trying to think of a way to make them better. First time ordering from Mackenzie.”
“Overall I was very impressed with my purchase. Some of the items included in the cooler basket were fun and tasted really good. We were disappointed with the “cheese sticks” and the caramel sea salt cookies. They both tasted “old”

“The pretzels and the initial taste of the beer cheese were both very good. However, after I followed the directions for preparations, the consistency of the cheese dip was more like a thin soup. I had to add some chunks of cheddar to make it presentable or even useable as a dip/spread. I would buy it again but only if I could be reassured the consistency of the cheese would be useable without further doctoring from me.”

A sweet potato casserole with pecans was also purchased and it was nasty. Too sweet and a funny taste like flour. Had to throw it out.”
