I waited on the phone for 25 minutes before I talked to an agent, and then I was told she was not customer service, but could just take orders. She then would pass on my question to customer service. Why not have a phone number directly to them? It was exasperating! Good service would not work this way. I did receive the gift card a few days later. I like Mackenzie' products, but not this side of their business.”
