But one item is not listed below!!! The Lorraine Breakfast Casserole.
For all items except Molton cakes, and as in past years, your cooking times are way too short. The worst was the breakfast casserole; directions said 40mins, but it took 85mins to heat the middle to firmness. All others are off too, and all significantly, and all too short. This is now expected and a chronic problem with MacKenzie.
Since there is no comment box for the next scale item, if I were to recommend MacK to a person, I would need to qualify the recommendation by saying "gourmet" is not accurate, but it is as good as or better than other online prepared meals companies. Gourmet has become a warning word, as it has no real legal definition so is used by a lot of people. I would also tell them it is very expensive, but not more than other similar companies.”

“Your online ordering service is defective. I’ve had trouble in the past. But this time I ordered three items, one for each of three friends. I received confirmation of only two orders, so I called and was told that only two orders had been confirmed. So then I went back online and ordered another item for the person whose order had not apparently gone through. In the end, however, this friend received both the first order, which officially did not exist, and the second order. Something is obviously not working here.”
