“I order here every year for the holidays - second year in a row that my order arrived BEFORE the ship date I chose...while there was NO ROOM in my freezers - the ship date ABSOLUTELY matters - very disappointed AND very doubtful I will order here again for the holidays.”
“This catalog is very misleading in their marketing. Not everything is homemade and much of the items are available in local chain grocery stores for a 1/3 of the price. 2nd time purchaser and this will be my last. Photography made a sucker out of me.”
“The gift was fine. I have a complaint about trying to get information about when it would arrive. I waited on the phone for 25 minutes before I talked to an agent, and then I was told she was not customer service, but could just take orders. She then would pass on my question to customer service. Why not have a phone number directly to them? It was exasperating! Good service would not work this way. I did receive the gift card a few days later. I like Mackenzie' products, but not this side of their business.”
“Beef Wellington appetizers were great. The petit fours were all broken - unusable. Tasted one and it seemed spoiled or old. Will never order again. Because of the petit fours I would hesitate to order from Mackenzie again.”
“I purchase the waffles and Brioche French toast they both was very delicious. The French toast was big enough to share. I would order them both again. And the order was very quit.”
“When I cooked the quiche lorraine for my sister and her daughters, they truly liked it. Have more in freezer, because cousin with seven children and in-law parents will be here in January.”
“I don't believe in writing reviews. Giving repeated business should speak for itself.
In this case, however, additional consideration is applicable. I am extremely impressed by both the exceptional quality of the items I purchased, and the very responsive customer services. The recipients were delighted with their gifts, which arrived promptly during the busy holiday rush.
I can confidently do repeated business with MacKenzie Ltd.”
“My friends and family are always so happy when I gift them from Mackenzie. The quality of the items is tops, shipping is well done to preserve the product, and I can be quite inventive about what I send my gift list.”
“Always the best. We love adding different extravagance to out Christmas and New Years Eve family get togethers. This year among food items we normally get, we treated ourselves to the Bacon Lollipops and Christmas cookies.
Everything was great as usual!”
