“The pretzels and the initial taste of the beer cheese were both very good. However, after I followed the directions for preparations, the consistency of the cheese dip was more like a thin soup. I had to add some chunks of cheddar to make it presentable or even useable as a dip/spread. I would buy it again but only if I could be reassured the consistency of the cheese would be useable without further doctoring from me.”

I did have a problem with UPS however. They kept rescheduling the delivery date and it ended up in the truck for two days!!! I called Customer Service and spoke with Pam. She was amazing and solved my problem by telling me what to do when and if it arrived. It ended up to be fine and I called Pam to give her the good news. She is exceptional and I hope to call her to order in the future! I do have a strong request. I definitely DON'T want UPS and am requesting FedEx from now on. I hope your warehouse will honor my request.

“Sheep biscuits were dry,crmbly tasted stale. Dry disappointed. Have not tasted shamrock rock biscuits yet but am not going to give as Christmas present as I had previously planned. Had ordered and enjoyed Ted Lasso. biscuits which were wonderful but this order was too disappointing to risk another mistake.”
