"So I went for my appt which was April 22 at 10:15. I got lost going there- and arrived at 10:38. I was late. I was greeted by a girl doing someone else\u2019s hair... and sat down and waited. A man came and asked my name.. and told me he can\u2019t continue my appt because I was late. So I left. Very disappointed:(\r\nSitting in my car afterwards I get a text stating my credit card was charged .. so I went back- peeked my head in the door and asked him if he charged my credit card. Now he was laughing and joking with another coworker- who blurted in AFTER rolling her eyes at me when I asked that she return my money- and tried to explain my tardiness. (I don\u2019t get why an EMPTY salon would turn a customer away... but hey guess they didn\u2019t feel like doing their jobs. ) she replied \u201c call customer service. I did- money returned and I called another salon- shenanigans in Buford- they got me right in- no problems- and I left with a gorgeous Balayage!\r\nThe Color bar is very nice in the pictures but definitely feels like a great clips kind of place .... I wasn\u2019t really expecting when I walked in for it to seem like that .... plus their extreme rudeness with their staff that knows nothing of customer service save your time and go to a different salon."
