“While love the macarons and bon bons quality, was very surprised and disappointed that basic flavors like vanilla and espresso were unavailable for holiday delivery EVEN when ordered early in the season. Mismanagement on your end. I selected several gifts only to learn the flavors that come with that selection were not available. Email communications were confusing as to what was available until I followed up a couple of times and called to talk with someone.. If certain flavors are not available, at least communicate this on your website so buyers can adjust their order. Or decide not to order. For me it was too late to have that choice.”
“The packaging was nice. The order did not show up when promised. They were a gift for a housewarming party. I had no gift, as a result of shoddy customer care. There was no communication from Mae until I created a rukus. The cookies are hard, dry and tasteless. I've put them out for the squirrels who live on my property. They are enjoying them. I will never do business with these people again.”
