It's been over six months.....SIX MONTHS since my order was placed and they are JUST NOW offering a refund.

they started the subscription and charged me for another 12 weeks, so I got in contact and they refunded me, but then they also paused my account as i didnt receive a magazine for two weeks, so I emailed again to get it started.

Magazines Direct changed my MacLife Magazine print subscription to a digital one without my permission. In addition, they are so incompetent they could not get my digital account to work and I cannot access the digital MacLife Magazines. I've requested a refund and they are completely ignoring me and have not refunded me. I'll never do business with them again.

They owed us a refund for a magazine that went out of publication.

However , they failed to cancel it as i had requested so sent 2 x copies to the same person for the next 3 months and charged me twice, when i realised this and contacted them to check that they had definitely cancelled the first subscription they claimed that they had no record of my call and refused to refund this.

They are either dishonest or incapable of meeting their financial commitments. They have failed to pay us a refund owed for months now, and then lied about paying it to PayPal, pretending that PayPal had failed to pass it on. PayPal's intervention led to Magazines Direct re-confirming they owed us the refund and yet they continue to delay paying it.

Magazines Direct informed us we would receive a refund within 30 days of their email notifying us of the ceasing of that magazine.

Despite raising emails, calls and live chat queries with their customer services, the company confirms they have forgotten to send it over 6 months now, ignore requests for refunds and do not acknowledge this request - avoiding the conversation at all costs.

Waited 3 months for my order of 3 single magazines which did not turn up. Requested a refund, given the run-a-round by customer service continually. Made to provide details and screenshots of transactions over and over again. No refund issued. They are thieves avoid at all costs.
