“I ordered 7 single issues of different magazines which were a great bargain as they were a lot cheaper than in the shops. They took three weeks to arrive but we have had some postal strikes. They all arrived together and in great condition. Personally, I am very pleased. Thanks!”

“Ordered 4 Total Film single editions in December - nope, we only send you 2, then told to reorder, nope, no longer available. Order another set... same story.... fail to arrive, resent those - and still haven't arrived in Australia. I then ordered another single edition.. and well.. would you guess that it again hasn't arrived. They take your order, but there is NO EMAIL to state that it has been sent. There CASE MANAGEMENT system is rotten. What is wrong with this company ? The previous company that Total Film used was 200% better.”

“It hasn't made me happy because royal mail is not delivering the tv magazines able they are useable.in fact we are not receiving anything in Horsham at all It's not your fault”

“I ordered the Gardeners World magazine for May (the value bumper issue with free seeds) and it arrived within 2 days. Very quick service. I ordered it Sunday night and had an email on Monday saying it had been dispatched, and it arrived on Wednesday.”
