“I stored with Magenta Storage in Oxford a while ago. Although the facility is a little old, the service was great and the central location meant that it was super convenient.”

“This storage facility is easy to get to by public transit, car, or van and is clean, safe, and well lit. On the negative side, it is expensive, has problems with its elevator (it is easy for one customer to render this unusable by other customers by leaving the door open, so most of the time most customers find the elevator effectively out of use), and sometimes closes unpredictably during the day (but only for short periods).”

“the opening hours is my only concern - they are too short and not long enough - I want to go cycling at 6:00 AM !!!! hint hint hint”

“Magenta has been kind to me, and the storage space is great. However, it is extremely expensive now, and I will have to find another way to store or dispose of my things. That is my only reservation about the service provision. The staff at the Oxford branch of Magenta are extremely nice.”

Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review about your experience with Magenta Storage. We are terribly sorry that you did not receive notification of VAT being added to your storage charges. The UK government remove the VAT exemption form storage charges and subsequently we were forced to charge this going forward. At the time it was removed, all of our customers were sent a letter explaining the change to charges. We are very sorry that you did not receive the letter. Kind regards, Magenta Storage
