“24hr access and friendly reception. There is also toilet or meeting space. Very happy with Magenta overall. The only thing - there is only one lift available. When it get busy it can be frustrating...... therefore 4 of 5”

“Your staff wasn`t helpful at all. They refused to help me with my luggage which was physically impossible for me to take off from the second level storage box they gave me. It is unacceptable to offer your storage when it is physically unusable! Also, they didn`t explain the payment procedure well enough, and they didn`t give me my refund back!!!”

Hi there and thank you for your review. We're sorry that you feel like we haven't provided you with enough help when moving out of your storage unit. Normally we are more than happy to assist customers removing their goods for their storage unit. Unfortunately, however, on the day that you moved out our one member of staff was unable to help because our reception must occupied throughout our opening hours. Regarding the refund, our store manager (the only one authorised to process refunds) has called on a couple of occasions to settle your refund but didn't manage to catch you. Hopefully this will be sorted soon.

“Darren and his team are very friendly and helpful, free hot drinks anytime you are on site is much appreciated too. Pricing is competitive for a city centre based storage company and 24 hour access is very useful”

“good customer service, efficient systems. Parking spaces need to be delineated as often difficult to park because of poor parking by people already there. Often need to block people in or be blocked in because parking is inefficient use of the space, and because people park one car in a two car space. Lining would help.”
