“The staff at Magenta were really helpful and friendly. I was physically shown the units so that I could see how large they were for myself. To set up the payments was quick and easy and once I'd finished needing the storage facility I was very quickly given a refund back of money owed. I would recommend Magenta to anyone.”

“Happy with the space provided and the interaction with the team, however for long-term corporate users of storage space there are issues with the invoice/payment processing. Upon our receipt of an invoice, this needs a purchase order to be raised and authorised which can take over a week, the paperwork processed by the finance team and then included in the next scheduled pay run for the company. This can take over 30 days (but less than 60 days). We pay quarterly at the moment, perhaps invoices could be raised earlier for scheduled hire periods so we don't end up being chased every time?”

“A clean, bright building, which has a friendly reception, and useful trolleys and loading bays. I love my decorated garden door and visiting is really easy.”

“It has improved beyond belief, when I first went there it was more primitive.Now it is great,and the people in the office I.e. Paul and Arthur are wonderful,they go out of their way to be helpful , Paul I have seen there for a few years,and he is terrific,and nothing is too much trouble.”

“I have had 4 different storage units over the last year and magenta was the best. The facilities are clean and modern with a wide car park that makes it less stressful than other places. Katie and James who work there where very good just trying to help and advise without trying to sell yo”
