“In recent months, doing business with them has been expensive because of their extremely harsh repayment procedures. My account manager in particular has provided me with incredibly poor customer service. They don't know how to trade, don't offer enough assistance, and continuously requesting more money when I try to withdraw, so I was unhappy. I had to get in touch with M E R S E Y H I P**C O M to get everything back, even if it was awful.”

“i have been trading with them for a few weeks and made one successful withdrawal. being held from me whilst they conducted an 'investigation and never got back to me till date, although i got my money back with the help of TONElimited, i just hope more people can be careful and avoid them. After requesting a second withdrawal my account was frozen,”

“Fraud! Fraud! They are all fraudulent, and their primary concern is not the welfare of their investors. They are dishonest people whose main objective is to drain your money account. They misled me into believing I was making money, but they never let me take money out. My request was declined even after I submitted additional tax and withdrawal expenses. Thankfully, M A D A C O V I. C O was there to assist me. I appreciate M A D A C O V I. C O excellent service.”

“You won't be able to access your money because your account will be suspended. After that, a long number of documentation will be needed before your account can be authorized. Under such conditions, they would only use delay tactics and would never allow withdrawals from your account, no matter how thorough your paperwork was. This group functions as a false organization and is known for its dishonesty. My sincere gratitude goes out to L-O-U-D-O-U-I-N*COM for their wonderful help in finding all of my misplaced belongings.”

“They don't place trades professionally, as I can attest from my personal experience using their services. The result is that you will either lose money as a result of unethical trading practices (such as failing to set a stop loss) or when you try to withdraw your money when you think you're doing well and it gets stuck and you have to pay more to cover the taxes but nothing happens. If it weren't for TONELIMITED, who saved me when I contacted them and they reimbursed me for my money,”

“I cannot express my utmost disappointment with this broker,Their refusal to process my withdrawal has left me furious and utterly dissatisfied. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I was not able to retrieve my funds back, I feel compelled to share my grievances to prevent others from falling into the same distressing predicament. First and foremost they refused me of my withdrawal and it was completely unjustifiable. I followed all of their stipulated procedures and provided all the necessary documentation, yet they still arrogantly decided to withhold my funds. “You have to fill in a mini questionnaire to see if you are eligible for a free boiler, have information sent on house renovations etc etc before you even qualify. What a waste of time !”

“You can deposit as much money as you like, and if you come from a country that is sanctioned, you can use the exchange office they will offer you! But when you wish to withdraw money using the ways available on the platform, they won't let you, and they usually apologize for requesting the details of your bank account before letting you. “There is a fee on the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after depositing the money, I discovered! Customer service ignored my legitimate concern and did not follow up with me after I made a request and exchanged a few emails. I would have lost the account and all of my money if k E Z O O K had not gotten involved. I would have been deeply in debt if my rescue and full refund hadn't occurred.”
