“I recently ordered wallpaper from Mahones, and have done so in the past. They ordered a couple of samples for me, I used the chat function twice, and talked to an employee. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I look forward to receiving the wallpaper and having it installed. Last time I ordered from them the paper arrived within 2 -3 days!”

“I loved shopping small business over the big box stores but somewhat paid the price. I quickly realized I only needed 1 roll instead of two and emailed customer service within 30 minutes of placing the order. 4 days later I got an email response that it was too late and the package shipped. Disappointing”

“I wanted this wallpaper but couldn’t afford it, I found it for a third of the price on your website. I used the free shipping option and still received my package five days sooner than expected. The wallpaper is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Thank you! I will be buying from you again!!!”

“Mahones was so helpful in allowing us to take wallpaper sample books home to decide on the best design for our project. Ordering was easy and we received our product delivered directly to our home. “I can’t even begin to describe how much I love the transformation this wall paper made in this small bedroom. From the patter to the color, it just made the room instantly brighter and not to mention, so much more beautiful than I even imagined.”

“I received the sample but it was a really poor sample. Its white with a black stripe. The stripe is on the left and almost cut off so you don't really get a great idea of what its supposed to look like.”

“The price was very competitive. I was disappointed though that the website states a 25-48 hour turnaround time for processing but I waited five days and never received a shipment confirmation even though my card had already been charged. I called to inquire and all of a sudden they said my order was shipped that day. In reality they only created the shipping order but it wasn’t shipped until the nect day. I sent a follow up email but never received a response. Customer service needs improvement.”

“Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with this shop. My package shipped fairly quickly (I had it sent to a seamstress to make curtains). The only problem is that I wasn't updated when it shipped (somewhat anxiety producing for a $3000 order being shipped directly to someone else.). I sent an email to customer service but didn't get a response. I finally received a significantly delayed notice of shipping (after it had arrived).”
