“I was able to purchase a wallpaper that was back ordered at all the brick and mortar shops. The manufacturer shipped the wrong color, but one call to customer service got the problem solved in a single call with no additional cost to me. I ordered some samples before finding a perfect complimentary wallpaper and they graciously refunded my money for the samples. I was not able to use the order tracking on line to check on the status of my orders but was always able to speak with a real person in customer service, and received great service.”

“We ordered 5 samples. We kept getting told one was on backorder. A month later, after 3 calls, I was told it was shipping. 3 weeks later- still haven’t received. Ended up ordering wallpaper elsewhere.”

“I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of the wallpaper I purchased. It was shipped out in a reasonable time frame and received in great condition. The only problem I had was with the shipping company that got my delivery. FedX leaves ALOT to be desired when it comes to delivering packages, no matter what size. It took 10 days to get a package that should have taken 3-4 days tops, but at no fault of Mahones except their choice to use FedX.”

“The selection was good. The price was great. Customer support was good. One item was backordered for five months but it did eventually show up. It was backordered at other stores as well. They charged my credit card right away.”

“Over the past several years, I have ordered wallpaper from Mahones to update 8 rooms in my parents 100 plus year old home. The product always arrives as ordered and faster than expected. My first order was placed due to the great savings mahones offers, which helps immensely, as my budget for home improvement is limited. I have been and will continue to be a customer ever since.”
