“After speaking with a customer service rep about the metallic content in the wallpaper I was happy with my selection. Once it arrived I did not like it and sent it back but never got a credit for it. I then ordered a second kind of wallpaper that I am absolutely thrilled with. It arrived intact and smooth transaction.”

“I could not be more pleased with my buying experience from Mahones. First, my questions were answered promptly via the online chat feature on their website, and the website was easy to navigate and informative. The Schumacher paper I ordered was in stock and was delivered within a matter of days, and the paper was not flawed or the packaging damaged in any way. The price Mahones offered was the best I could find by far, and there was no charge for shipping. The wallpaper is now hung and it looks gorgeous. Thank you!”

“Wonderful! Mahone's prices cannot be matched, and the quality of customer service is fantastic. Everyone responds immediately with expert and friendly advice and the product was shipped immediately. I'm not all that experienced with measuring/purchasing wallpaper so I was very nervous, especially since it was pricey Schumacher (though again--cheaper through Mahone's than any other shop), but the process went so smoothly I'm still pinching myself that it worked out. On top of everything else, I am so pleased to be able to shop with a family-owned Virginia business! Will be back whenever I need to purchase wallpaper again, and I hope that opportunity arises soon!”
