Hemos comprado un vitrina, a parte que tardaron mucho en la entrega, cuando llego y se desenvalo, se vio multiples desperfecto, madera rota, mal pintada, manchada, etc,. etc. Hemos solicido la devolución y llevamos mas de un mes esperando que la vengan a recoger, y claro sin que efectuen la devolucion del importe. en resumen mas de dos meses mareando y sin tener aun la resolucion. Vamos a ponder una denuncia.

Comprare a Maison di Monde è assolutamente una frode a piede libero. Mi sono comprata un tappeto da €69.90 che non solo non mai ricevuto ma che ho dovuto pure pagare per metà per mancata presenza al giorno di consegna. Peccato che non ho mai ricevuto nessuna email dal momento dell' acquisto ad oggi per organizzare la consegna ddel mio articolo. Provo a contattarli via chat e via telefono ma, ovviamente, non solo non mi aiutano a risolvere nulla, oltretutto trattandomi con arroganza e vera maleducazione dal parte dell'assistente. È disgustoso la maniera in cui trattano i clienti e la maniera così altamente incompetente di come gestiscono e-commerce. Buying at Maison di Monde is absolutely a free-wheeling fraud. I bought a carpet for €69.90 that not only never received but I also had to pay half for not being present on the day of delivery. Too bad I never received any email from the moment of purchase to today to organize the delivery of my item. I try to contact them via chat and by phone but, obviously, not only do they not help me to resolve anything, moreover treating me with arrogance and real rudeness on the part of the assistant. The way they treat customers and the highly incompetent way in which they manage e-commerce is disgusting.

They did not deliver a sofa I ordered and payed for. The customer service is very bad. They even hang up on me… I was waiting for two months and calling multiple times a week and every time it was another story. They are not in contact with the customer in keeping you informed. Everytime there was contact it was because I called them.

Ordered furniture items totalling over 1000 euros. Upon delivery of the items directly from Maisons du Monde, a nightstand (mesita de noche) was found to have a cracked top. The transport company said they would return it and submit a refund request. Absolutely nothing happened. It is impossible to contact anyone, it is just a circular loop saying that the order cannot be canceled online, the phones do not answer, the chat is never open. I sent several emails to the general email address that I found online asking for a refund for the returned item. It is now 3 months later and I have just received an email saying that they have received my broken mesita de noche, and they will not provide a refund because the return does not conform to standards. Absolute thieves! They stole 100 euros from me outright, and I have nothing to show for it. The other items that I received are just okay, rather poor quality.

Like others, didn't receive all of my order. Had to sign to receive the goods that came. No response from emails and calls via customer service chasing my missing goods that I paid for. Have even written to the Regional Director Pieter Deduytsche, who replied and said he'd investigate and to contact him should I hear nothing. Have since written to him three times as not heard anything and now being ignored by him too. Absolute disgraceful and quite frankly is theft of monies.

Terrible internet service for delivery. Pity as the brand had all to work. M never buying from them again. As they took 2 months to deliver and then more one month delayed.

Shame there isn't a minus option on here, not only delivered the wrong item but also then took 6 weeks to return my money! Just awfully bad service such a shame as the products are really lovely

Sadly, the delivery was wrong, and the information given was deceiving. Customer care was equally useless. Will not be shoping in Maosons du Monde again.

Do you think it's OK to cheat and not deliver on promises? I bought a gift card from the MDM website in March 2022, you do know that gift cards are bought as a gift, don't you? Due to the fact that the gift card cannot be used in Italy, my friend has been waiting for a very long time to receive his birthday gift. And so it's the end of October. It's been 7 months, they haven't returned my 200 euros (although they confirmed the compensation in writing twice), they haven't offered me alternatives, they've ruined my friend's gift dreams. And stole my 200 euro. Why is MDM so poorly organised? When will my complaint reach a real manager who can offer me a solution to my problem? I believe that 200 euros is money to be earned; and a gift card is joy and freedom of choice. And Maison Du Monde turn it all into distrust and hatred for their brand, and the people who work there.

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews saying “DO NOT BUY” because everything I received from Masion Du Monde was PERFECT. Wall art, Bar, Bar Stools, Faux Banana tree and Lamp Shades. All good quality and exactly as advertised.

The couriers they use for deliveries are terrible with very slow deliveries and poor updates to their tracking but the quality of the products is absolutely diabolical. They look good on the website but the materials are the cheapest you can possibly imagine and the workmanship is like a child made them. Truly appalling, I've never seen anything so bad in my life and if I had the time and energy to return I would but these were bought for our holiday home and we're leaving in a couple of days and I don't want to waste my time waiting for their courier to come and collect. Without a doubt the worst furniture I have ever seen, Ikea looks high end in comparison.

Criminal operation. Double charged for goods then ignore request for refunds. they should be investigated by Trading Standards and closed down.

The product was so expensive and of poor quality; I complained but was informed that 72 hours had passed so I have no solution but to return the product in the original packaging. The original packaging had to be thrown away because it smelled so bad. now i have a BAD product.

No refunds! I bought for €1.529 garden furnitures and cushions. Unfortunately the quality of 1 furniture and all cushions did not live up to expectations. I therefore chose to return part of the order. The pickup of the return went fine. Maison du Monde informed me that I would receive a creditnote valid for 1 year. However I insisted on a refund, as I had no intention to make more purchases. Maison du Monde refused to make refund (which is a violation of consumer rights in EU). I receive no reply to my messages and the problem continues to be unsolved.

I ordered a small chest of drawers from Maisons du Monde and had to wait 3 months for it to be delivered! When it finally arrived and I removed it from the box it was broken in two places, the wood split along its length. This was due to poor quality wood being used and inadequate packaging. Later I found that Amazon sell cheaper, better made products with next day delivery. So I will not use Maisons du Monde again. I have given 2 stars, because the refund/return process was easy and they have promised a full refund and I can keep the damaged item.

Does not even deserve the 1 star. DO NOT BUY HERE! Went to the store for a new sofa. Were very friendly at and helped us with creating our own sofa. Added two other smaller items (small trolley and foot rest). Delivery date was set for Januari 4th. Delivery was free because of the expensive purchase. The whole amount had to be paid immediatly otherwise they would not create the order. Should have known then and there something was off. Delivery was postponed (email), no reason given. Delivery was postponed again (email), no reason given. We called and found out it was because they didn't have the foor rest in stock. Went to the store, found the foot rest, had it removed from the order and took it with us immediatly. Delivery was then set for a wednesday, which we told is the only day that is absolutely impossible for us. Replied to the email didn't change anything. Had to call customer sevice and explain it was not possible before another date for delivery was scheduled. Spoke to customer service twice and asked specifically if my old sofa would be taken on delivery of the new one. Both timpes the answer was 'YES'. Sofa and trolley delivered February 15th. Old sofa not taken. Called customer service, they acknowledged it was their fault, but refused to offer any sollution. Even the delivery company (not Maison du Monde) tried to find a sollution by having their office call Maison du Monde for a pick up and destruction order but Maison du Monde flat out refused. Assembly: at the store they told us it would be assembled for us. Well that didn't happen. Nuts, bolts, screws, ... all the wrong amounts. Assembly instructions for the sofa bad; for the trolley it was wrong. Managed to assemble it anyway. And they should see themselves the instructions are wrong because you can't complete the instructions with the pieces listed on that same instruction manual. Damage to the wood, non- supporting structure, of the sofa. And it is on the bottom so nobody will see it. I'm not even going to bother with customer service for this.

We have tried and failed to spend in the region of E700 in the Marbella branch of Maison du Monde. The items we required were on display but not “for sale” therefore are only an example of what is available on line. This is hopeless for us as we are only here for a week or two at a time and are not able to organise a delivery to our home. One item, a table, was actually in their winter sale and we would have been able to take it there and then however they would not help us take the centre pedestal off to enable us to put it in the car!! Honestly talk about useless!

Been trying to order a sideboard for months, either out of stock or when I get to add the item to my basket, it says oops, you have missed out. Phoned them in the hope they would reserve one for me, but they can’t do this! Some customer service, do they want business, what a way to run a company. Had a look at trust pilot reviews and you know what, will now be buying from someone else!

Ordered two shelving units which I was told would be delivered assembled, not true , and exorbitant delivery charges. Impossible to assemble, dreadful instructions, ill fitting tools, screws that are too small. Tat ! I will never buy anything from them again. I am still trying to put the first unit together, day three now !!
