“I made an order but a few minutes later, I remembered I did not order everything I needed. I canceled the order and re ordered. To my surprise I was sent two separate orders thus causing me double charges on shipping. When I tried to call customer service,the phone line gives different options but when I click them it keeps telling me I’ve clicked the wrong button etc. very frustrating because there’s no one that I can talk with to express my problem. Tried online help yo order some product I was able to order last year. I explained what I wanted and I kept getting the message “ what can I help you with?” Very poor customer service/ communication team:”

“The reason for the three stars is the bad customer service. The last product I purchased which was over $130 after the coupon I used, i was still charged shipping fee and after sending chat messages to their customer service, no one responded to me. Your product may be good but if you have terrible customer service it messes things up. I have not seen much difference on my son’s body but the face cream is helping clear acne and scars.”

“This is actually a nice product.. I bought Makari multi action..it started with a nice performance, but the facial cream leaves my face with blemishes like an Aczema .. so I have to stop using the face cream for a while and continued using after some few days. Now the face is a little bit corrected”
