“Same horrible experience as everyone else! It cost me more to return the product than buying it! No free returns in 2023?! Are you serious?! When the rest of the companies trying to make it as easy as possible for the customers to shop with them, this scam for a company charge you extreme amount just to return there poor quality product!!! “Their return policy is very confusing and misleading. I didn't know the return fee was on me until I saw the return label in my package said NOT PREPAID. The website says nothing about it, only in the case of losing the return label, they will not cover the return fees. That's very misleading. The truth is you need to pay for your return no matter what. How about making a clear statement about that on your return policy instead of misleading the customers?!”
“I also had a very bad experience with mango outlet, I placed an online order of two t-shirts. One of them had the material torn and the other one was way too large although on the website they said it was regular size. Not to mention the fact that the materials were not as the ones in the descriptions of the products. I express my total dissatisfaction and I will not by any products from them anymore. “very bad experience at Mango Outlet Roppenheim shop!!
We went to this shop to return 1 product (jeans) and the guy at the cashier was so agressive and unpolite with my family and myself, because we have asked for a refund/ return ...he didn't even want to discuss or let us explain which solution we would like to go for, he immediately refused to check the jeans and when we explained that we came because we have been told to (as specified on the website) we have been throwned out !!!
The security person was so sorry for us because this guy is used to treat customers this way!!!
Im wondering how mango can hire such inept persons
And also, if this guy is used to behave this way, why is he still working there???

“The outlet lost my return, that I had to pay for out of my own pocket - then refused to honour the return and eventually stopped replying to my emails. Also, all the items in the store are there for a reason. Avoid, they're practically a scam.”
“I've been trying to reach their support team for days now and not even an automated reply is sent when you fill the form on their webpage. I've returned my items and they arrived at the warehouse on Jan 18. To this date, no confirmation that my return/refund is being processed. And I get that it may take up to 12 business days but this is beyond ridiculous that you don't even get a reply from anyone about an inquiry.

“My experience with this site was frustrating to say the least. Wanted to return an item it was to big and followed the instructions on the website wich was wrong in the first place. Called for more info sat for at least 30 min to solve nothing. They told me site isn’t built right and they are gonna fix it. Well nothing changed so dont order bc you cant return it .”

“I asked to withdraw, cancel orders as those are legal writes which are written in their own Terms & Conditions. One which I pair for they cancelled and did refund, maybe because I wrote official letter saying that this case will be solved with European Comission if there will be delay. But the other orders which also werent sent out and werent paid - they ignored and are ready to ship them even I said I am mooving away and it will not be possible to receive them. They ignore e-mails. The most terrible company I have experience with. Their attitude and customer service is terrible. Stay away from this company!”
