It’s close to home for convenience. However canned or boxed brand name products are the only things I buy. Potatoes are almost always green when peeled; they will make people sick. Ever since the strike, quality has been poor. I wish they’d improve! I’ve been a shopper for 50 years there. I feel the changes they make. I buy meats and perishables at other stores most times.

I called up the kitchen to relay a message to the manager.That the boy that lives with me can no longer work on Sunday's. The lady named Crystal Bose immediately started screaming at me and told me she wasn't discussing Jeremy with anybody, but Jeremy. I wasn't discussing Jeremy. I was just telling her, to relay a message for me to liz which is the kitchen manager. She was screaming and hung up on me. I found this to be unprofessional to say the least. I found it sad that market basket puts up with this unprofessionalism.

I get overcharged in this store every time. Bananas, cheese, fish, produce - every time I go there, I get charged a higher price at the checkout than posted. Not on all items, of course, but out of 10-15 items in my cart, one or more will be charged at higher price than posted. Yes, they will give you refund if you complain, but it's a chore and an effort to collect that $1-$2 overcharge so I am sure not many people bother or even notice. But I brought it up to the management's attention numerous times and the fact that it continues to happen makes me really wonder..

Your immigrant workers are impersonal and rude to your customers. Most do not speak English and American English speaking people have to take their duties over frequently.

I was devastated and furious when I discovered C>O>V>S>E>C>L>T>D>C>O>M, whose incredible staff skillfully assisted me in regaining access to my account and retrieving my money. I regret the day I trusted this platform with my savings, promising to keep it safe and multiply it, but when I attempted to withdraw, my account was locked and I was logged out.

I had a truly unpleasant and disturbing experience at the seafood counter in the Biddeford, ME Market Basket on 12/21/24. I approached the seafood counter and specifically requested two pieces of salmon, a request I have made many times in the past without issue. However, the employee working there repeatedly questioned how much I wanted, which I found confusing. When I explained again that I simply wanted two pieces, the employee became visibly frustrated. She proceeded to slam the salmon onto the scale in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Her actions were not only unprofessional but also unpleasant to witness. It was clear that she was dealing with anger or frustration. It's disappointing that someone with such a lack of professionalism and apparent anger issues is employed by Market Basket.

They exploited my trust, convincing me that I was making money while they were actually stealing from me. I recommend avoiding this website, as it is likely to trick you. Thankfully, after I reported the issue to COVSECLTD . COM, I received a refund of my money along with my profits within a few days.

They seem to only hire immigrants. No one speaks English. It’s like shopping in another country. Why are little to no Americans hired? I’ll tell you why so they can take advantage of the situation and pay migrants horrible low wages without benefits. In order for an American to get a job there they would have to lower themselves to an unlivable wage to try and compete.

One day I went to Chelsea MA Market Basket i parked my vehicle on an Handicap spot. On that day one of the gypsy cab driver's gave me a flat tire. After finding the flat tired, I went to the office to get them to checked the video camera for me. i was surprised to hear that they told me that they couldn't see anything because of another vehicle that was too close to mine. i asked them to let me see the video by myself but they refused. To my surprised, the next day, they sent me a message that shows me a pictures of where I parked my vehicle picking up my friend in a Handicap parking. Someone gave me a flat tire, i went to complain and they are trying to shift the blame on me. A loyal customer who have a big family and whose at the market almost every day buying stuff. Gypsy cab driver have a great connivence with the market basket managers over there.i wish they have a serious investigation on them.

Plymouth NH store suggestion: Block off the kitchen and put in a few windows to take orders. A** hole customer's breathing down employees necks is the #1 reason for the Market Kitchen staff turnover rate.

I have been shopping for years at market basket. The prices and quality are great. I love that each checker has a bager. My only complaint I come with a lot of recycle bags, but the baggers put way to much in bags. Then I have to go to the car and re bag.

Markets Basket scammed me out of $217,000 by convincing me to invest with promises of big returns. They seemed professional at first, but after I transferred the money, they disappeared and cut off all communication, taking my funds with them. I was devastated and thought I had lost everything. Thankfully, I found Resorus.com, and they were able to recover my money without charging any fees. Their team was professional, quick, and incredibly helpful. I was happy that I got the cashier that's friendly and quick Crystal from Wood Street Market Basket I'm unhappy that at 8:34 there's nine people in the checkout Express line and the manages leaning on the courtesy boot while the express line is knee deep in customers if you can lean you can clean/or bag just because he's the manager doesn't mean he can't work with the rest of his employees not setting a good example. Why do they feel that they don't need to help in other departments if necessary they can always walk away from bagging if somebody puts there light on cuz they need his assistance, and also if the express line at 20 minutes before closing and all the other lines are full and the courtesy booth doesn't have one customer for the whole time you're standing there why are they not able to yell out I can help somebody over here few suggestions

We love the taste, however this product is 'presented' as a cheap replacement for Cheerios, which is gluten free. This product is not gluten free.

Monday afternoon August 19th 2024 I didn't see that nasty obese Lady Pizza Maker change her gloves once since I was there. She touched everything but the third rail. It was apparent cleanliness wasn't very important to her, she had a horrible attitude also. Later that night I felt like someone dropped a car battery on my ball bag. I was up all night with the Hershey squirts. I should have just walked away and left that pizza there. Never again!
