“Ignore the 5 star review I put on a month ago. I was totally hoodwinked. It all seemed very good until I tried to withdraw money. Don't go to people offering they services to get your money back, go to your bank who will get it through charge back as they did mine.”
“I spent many years trading with a number of supposedly "big" brokers. After being disappointed with all of them, I recently turned to Marketrip. I have to say that I can really see the difference now. Completely professional service.”
“I am a former employee of Marketrip.
PLEASE do NOT use this company, simply put they do not trade, just take money and refuse to return it when asked.
My job was to call customers repeatedly, using fake names, saying “our record show you want to withdraw your funds. Can I ask why?”. The method is simple, keep calling, saying the same thing, and eventually the customer will give up. If they get angry then hang up and call again later with the same script.
I left as I could not do this to people, I felt terrible! I can only say sorry, but i needed the job.
Please contact your banks to retrieve your money, it is the only way!”
“No issues so far. Opened an account and followed the instructions. It was pretty easy. Withdrawn money twice, and it isn't a problem as long as you read the rules.”
“Fraud brokers are now all over the place. There are so many that it can be difficult to find one that doesn't just aim to get your money. With Marketrip, you can rest assured. Never had any problem with money withdrawals. Trading with Marketrip is super safe. Strongly recommended.”
“Execution at Marketrip is always fast, the spreads are low and there are tons of trading instruments. There are many options for making deposits and withdrawals. The money always comes on time. I have never had any issues with prices and my trades have never been changed.”
“Professional trading experience. I recommend this broker. Not a scam broker, I have more than 2 years trading with them. They have always been professional and very kind to me. I think newbies have a lot of misconceptions about trading and in the end they think they got scammed.”
“This is absolutely a fraud one. I think those who wrote good opinion about this company are those people who leading the company and their relatives. I deposited €250 as an initial investment, thank god I only invested €250, and they wanted me to deposit more. But before that when I go through the reviews in google, I got a bad picture about them.so I didn't deposit any more and I tried to withdraw my money. They were asking to submit my ID's to verify my account and I submitted everything, however I couldn't withdraw a single penny. Whenever I mail them they replied me that your request is under review. After 3 months they started to charge € 100 as an inactivation account charge for each month. Now there is only €50 in my account, though I sent many emails to them that i want to close my account and withdraw the deposit. So beware about this company. I can say that this company is 100% fraud one from my personal experience”
“Exceptional customer service! Very good trading conditions. I was about to quit trading before knowing these guys. Now I feel very confident regarding my trading results. 5/5 stars.”
“They provide a lot of trading opportunities for you as a trader and this is very important for succeeding in the trading market. They are a reliable trader. I had no problems so far. I have more than a year of trading with them and I have withdrawn my money six times till now. U just need to verify your account. I think the procedure is easy but if you need any help with that, they have a very good supporting team.”
“The company is difficult to deal with try getting your investment or your profits you will have to cry even that won’t get you a penny now it took me nearly a month without getting my money back avoid using them scam rating 0000 still now I did not get my fund back 09/03/2021”
“As a novice trader it was difficult to know where to start. I think Marketrip provides good introductory training for beginners, and by combining it with the great demo accounts, you can deepen your knowledge without worrying about losing money.”
“Buenísima , saludos desde ecuador, he tenido malas experiencias pero esta ha sido una de las mejoras en inversiones que más bien he hecho, tenía deudas y no saben cuán agradecida estoy de mi asesor y de todo este proceso”
“Reading the reviews it is like two different companies are being reviewed. And the more I think about it, that is possibly true.
I was guided to Marketrip by British Bitcoin Profits, and their rep told me I would be phoned by a broker within 24 hours, but warned me that I may get scam calls. I was given a password to ask of the caller.
When I turned on my phone the next day there had been 12 calls before lunchtime- all of them from numbers beginning 0203. (this number has occurred in negative reviews of Marketrip elsewhere). When they rang again I asked them for the password and they made one up. I let one of the calls run, and they tried to get me to open my account by investing more, even though I had already invested.
Then I found an e-mail from Adam, who had tried to contact me , but his call (0208 number) had been lost in the plethora of scam calls. We arranged for a time for him to call the next day.
He explained things very clearly and I went for the option where he would manage my trades.
I got a call from Chloe, who did the verification and called me back to say that some of my evidences were blurred (don't think a scammer would do that.)
Marketrip do not continually call you. I just got one more call from Adam to say that things were up and running.
Then, within an hour of my proofs of identity being verified 1000 euros went into my account.
Which leads me to wonder: have the people who have written negative reviews responded to the scam calls? God knows how they get your number and know that you have signed with Marketrip, but the negative experiences of repeated phone calls from 0203 numbers and the hard sell seem more in line with the scammers than with the actual company. So the lesson is- make sure you know who you are talking to.”
