“I would like to say a very big Thank you to Lincoln one of the Store Managers for all the trouble and effort he went to , to find my Glasses that I had lost in the Store, and subsequently had them returned to me. “Love visiting marks and spencers - both clothes and the food halls. Recently went in to purchase some jeans, I know M&S have a variety of sizes and styles that are comfortable. The changing rooms were open so I was able to try a few things on and the ladies working in the changing rooms were very helpful with fit advice.”

“I've been assisted by a lovely lady named Diana at M&S at Stratford London at the fitting rooms.I think she is normally working behind the till and I would like to say she was very friendly in a professional manner and is a credit for the company. “I ordered a sofa and 2 chairs, after receiving a good selection of swatches from M&S. I was kept up to date via email and M&S were most accommodating when I changed my delivery date. I was given a 2 hour window several days before and the 2 delivery drivers, Tom and Sue, were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble - even bringing the furniture in via my side gate and up a flight of steps to my french doors. They unpacked everything, fitted the feet and left my furniture in situ, taking away all the packaging. The quality and value for money is outstanding and I cannot recommend M&S highly enough!”

“Was served today by Tricia in the Ayr store of M&S at 15.35 today. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. Long may this store remain in Ayr High Street as we no longer have a store selling ladies and men’s clothes of this quality. It is an Essential part of shopping in Ayr.”

“We bought 2 beds from the Longbridge, Birmingham shop, the service was excellent, unfortunately date was to late, popped in to ask if there was a chance of bringing it forward. Debbie went out of her way and she managed to help us, i cannot fault Longbrige always had excellent service and not to name to many but Emma was also brilliant with her service, will continue to use marks for everything. Thank you”

“My daughter bought some lilies for me from an M&S shop in a garage. They are beautiful I have never seen such enormous blooms once opened. The scent is intoxicating & almost two weeks later they still look lovely. Well done M&S I wonder who your supplier is!!”
