Have just had your valentine 2021 meal prawn cocktail beef bourginon followed by chorizo with chocolate Plus heart shape chocs and prosecco..want to say well done m&s really good food and what a bargain at 20 pounds worth every penny .absolutely delicious.

Got to be honest the m and s dine in meal was not up to its normal standard. The beef love parcel was more like dog meat than what I expected and the prawn cocktail was tiny with no lettuce. Totally disappointed!

I received a pair of straight leg jeans £27.65 last November, too big. Returned them through click and collect the following week and the refund has still not appeared on my m &s credit card. Very difficult to talk to anyone at m & s so will be shopping elsewhere and giving up my credit card if not refunded soon.

Just had valentine's meal it was awful. The food was in date on the packaging but was obviously out of date . Discusting.

Had to return several items of my wife's lingerie clothing and a pair of my cord trousers. Their clothing quality is not so go these days and sizes seem to vary. Product designs and colours are often drab and best suited for town dwellers. Food quality is however high although a little pricey

Ordered goods from M&S free of charge. All arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately I had to return a couple of items which was very easy and again free through Hermes. Good my refund through CC very quickly. Overall very happy and have placed a new order.

It's been 3 months and I have not received a refund on my gift card. So I bought some stuff from M&S using a gift card. the order number is: 301-0016594-1748586 M&S confirmed via email that a refund should be available back on my existing gift card. So it been three months have not received either a new gift card with the balance or a refund in an existing gift card. Poor service from M&S. Regards,

Bought a box of M&S Rope grown Scottish Mussels. On the box front states serves 2. Half pack provides 1.73g of salt. Turn over the box and it says 500g = (2 x 250g). The confusing issue here is it works out that half of each 250g pack has 1.73g of salt so the total overall is a whopping 6.92g of salt in this 'Healthy' meal. Beware, blood pressure.

My friend and I were at m&s at Newtownabbey, Belfast today, we just wanted to say how nice and helpful the staff were. We would like to give a special mention to Robert who was at the main entrance as we went in and couldn’t have done enough for us and also Andrea who helped us out as well, there were other members off staff as well but we didn’t get all there names, it was a pleasure to shop there , all because off these staff members, we will certainly be back

I live in the Isle of Wight which has an M & S store but because it is small, they never have a huge range of products. However, I wanted to buy a pair of their high waisted WIDE legged jeans. I ordered them online. Unfortunately there were only black available at the time. I ordered size 12 in long. They arrived and they fit perfectly although they could be a tad longer because I am 6' tall. Nonetheless, I am a wizard at coaxing another 1" by making a false hem. I would like now to buy a pair in the blue denim colour. For months now they have been out of stock. Unbelievably, there has been a huge reduction in the prices of the blue and the black WIDE legged jeans - which makes them even more attractive to buy. The question is why tantalise would be buyers with a super price offer if ALL the jeans in question i.e. every size and length and colour are OUT OF STOCK?? Some companies offer 'Back in Stock' alert if you supply them with an email address. Is this something M & S could offer? So.. in a nutshell, what made me happy? Answer, getting the black pair of WIDE legged jeans when I did - as I can see that they are nowpretty much like gold-dust for the majority of would be buyers. Incidentally, it has taken me a lot of trawling through the internet to find out an answer to my question "How can I post a review on M & S website"

just visited m&s @ gapton hall gt yarmouth staff are polite &helpfulif you wanted to know anything great quality produce &varriaty of other goods at a fair price will be back again soon

Sorry but I wouldn’t buy the Indian meal for two again ...we tried it tonight no way near enough sauce with the meals making it very dry especially when you put Nan bread with the meal !

Ordered a pair of men's trousers on line, received a Ladies cheap and nasty fleece . immediately phoned Customer services and after waiting 35 minutes gave up. Rubbish service never to be repeated.

I attended Marks and Spencer Stirling store today at around 13.00 and was served by a very helpful and polite lady - her badge name was Moira. She served meat the ladies tills. She was really a great ambassador for M&S and considering all that is going on at present she was very pleasant and really interested in me as a customer. I felt so much more positive after speaking to her.

I love shopping for food at M&S (Haverfordwest) but it may be time to bring the checkouts up to speed Last week the till froze after all my shopping had been scanned, my son had taken the goods out to the car and I was told I would have to bring it all back and re-scan it - this I declined to do (I am 76 and have better things to do) This took over twenty minutes to rectify. This week my shopping totalled over £170 and even when beer was removed from the total was still far in excess of £140 but the till would not accept my coupon for £14, after ten minutes I gave up and paid the full amount. The staff were excellent but found it hard to deal with the problems with the tills and I am £14 short. Please sort this out.

An item has gone missing from M&S that was sent by Royal Mail. Both are not responding and and it’s been a long time since other order was placed. It’s a winter item and we will be in Spring soon. M&S don’t care as they have been paid. Very unprofessional and dishonest!

I bought the lamb tagine for dinner , having had tagine before was looking forward to it , very disappointed it tasted like the tinned lamb curry with a few apricots thrown in . £6 wasted we ate half of it because we were hungry won’t be buying any ready meals again 😔

Terrible service after an order of mine has gone missing. Nobody has been helpful whatsoever and all of it is outsourced which makes it 10x harder to get sorted.

Staff usually well informed regarding directions to the goods required. However I find the quality of the clothing is not as good as in previous years. Too much imported from Bangladesh and other Eastern countries.

Roast duck a l'orange (2 legs) purchased from the Hale Food Hall last week was horrible. The meat was stringy and there was no taste of orange. I arranged orange segments to garnish but was unable to chew the duck. this product should be withdrawn as it does not meet the usual quality of M&S food
