Bought a meat pie hardly any meat in it it certainly does not look anything like the photo very disappointed won’t be buying another

The cafe in Eltham used to be brilliant but has really gone down hill. The service was so slow we left. There were lots of free tables but were all uncleaned. Then we decided to buy scones from the bakery but no one was serving there. Used to be my favourite store but not any more!

Hello, On 6.05.22 I made an online order for 2 items for my mother's birthday. The order was confirmed and I was due to collect my parcel on 16.05.22. A day before collection date on 15.05.22 I received an email saying that one item was unavailable and I contacted customer service. It turned out that in fact the whole order was cancelled. For 10 days nobody tried to contact me to inform me about the issue! Why did you confirm the order in a first place? You managed to ruin my birthday present that I had for my my mother and left me no time to organize a replacement. For years I was a regular M&S customer but after this experience I'll make sure I never shop M&S again. I'll spread the word about my M&S shopping too! You've left a really bad taste in my mouth! Worst shopping experience I've ever had and that from a company that I used to respect! Wioleta

My friend and I booked bra fitting yesterday in your Marble Arch branch. Kay L. who measured us and did the fitting was amazing 🤩 I had few fittings before but she was the nicest, fun but professional lady ever! We ended up buying few items and telling our friends to go and see her. Thank you so much for best experience so far😊🙌🏼

I bought the meal for 2, lamb stew, mash potato and prawn cocktail. Lamb tasteless, potato bland and weird looking, prawn cocktail ok. Won't be buying again.

M&S new Apple bites at over £3 are not worth buying as they have very little apple content.Plus do they cost pennies to make because why else would you go to Vietnham to make a product of low quality.

On 6th May I went to the store in Canterbury and bought some food. I was struggling with the self pay and a delightful young lady came to help me. She was so friendly and polite. Her name was Esther. I came out of the store feeling happier as my husband died recently. Thank you Esther

I was looking for some jeans to fit me a very kind assistant called Sam Niles was very helpful and kind showing me the jeans I bought 4 pairs. She was such a lovely assistant.

Very bad customer care. The executives have no authority....they cant even connect u to their seniors. They make false promises and i had to keep following up for my complaint for almost a month. A big waste of time. I wudnt recommend anyone to buy any online stuff from their official website....if u face any issue with ur order....wat u will get back from them is just a SORRY innumerable times. No other action. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Went in to marks and Spencers and was standing at the self checkout when this female team leader walked towards me and shouted to her colleague YOU ALRIGHT SWEETHEART in a horrible squeaky voice. have to say wish I had recorded it and played it back to her it sounded so unprofessional. where do they get these people from reminded me of chalk on a black board and someone on helium gas. but it put’s the biggest smile 😃 on my face every day it’s the best ever food range is the best

I ordered flowers, chocolates, and Prosecco for my Elderly mums Birthday who lives far away from me. The delivery was due between 7am and 7pm on 3rd May. The gifts did not arrive. I contacted the virtual agent, Chimesa who informed me that they will have to be shipped another day. I was offered a £5 good will voucher, which is poor show. The order was placed a week ago. What’s the point of a designated delivery day if it can not be relied upon! I then requested for the flowers to be delivered the next day, but the virtual chat was ended by the agent! Thus leaving one very unresolved unhappy customer and one sad mother. I would advise anyone to seriously think before ordering from M&S flowers if you want to avoid such a disappointment. I would give zero stars if I could. Pull your socks up M&S, there are rivals out there who will fill your shoes!😡

Unable to book a bra fitting for my daughter online so went to my local M&S at Hempstead Valley. I was told that it's now a walk in, asked to book my daughter in and was told yes first of all then was told it would be 4hr wait as no one was available even though the store was empty and there was plenty of staff around. I then suggested that if we got a couple of bras could someone just check the fitting and was told no. Very annoyed with the non existent customer service. Very poor

I ordered a several items on line from New Zealand , which were to be delivered to a UK address. One of the items was missing. I have emailed 3 times and have had no response. Very disappointed with the lack response.

I went in to marks guilt Brook an assistant called Sandra was looking after the changing rooms on the to floor. I asked her if they would have more pairs of jeans like the ones I had picked up in different colours. She went with me to the bottom floor to help me find what i wanted. It was lovely to have the help I got. I brought four different colours if the same style jeans because of her help. Thank you Sandra. 😊

Wow what a massive improvement you’ve made to your Chelmsford store. Love the new lighting and the space that it seems to have created within the store. I was looking for a nice shirt today and one of your managers help me choose one. Food hall is looking a lot better and my boyfriend commented on the mens wear.

I ordered a letter box afternoon tea for my friends 70th birthday. I named my nominated day (her birthday) April 27th which m&s confirmed but it did not arrive until the next day,Apri 28th the day after her birthday. Obviously all my ordering and payment a week before had been for nothing? Not only that - the box seemed to have been opened at one end and my message wishing her a happy birthday was not included. I have never been so disappointed, upset and angry. I haven’t even had an apology from M&S. I shall never order anything to be delivered from m&s again.

Ordered bras and knickers. Collected from local food outlet as we do not have a proper store here. Bras good fit ( pack of 2 white and 1 flesh) but if bending forward to eg. garden, I tend to fall out of them! A fuller cup would be good. Size 16 knickers good but a size 14 would have done.
