This morning i have emailed the CEO of M&S, I suggest he calls customer services to see the i dont care less response! It seems such an easy thing to do,
pick your items/pay/collect? Prior to the machine doing your returns, when a human being took your returns this never happened.

Sizing allo over the place.
Returns no labels or QR codes provided, the customer has to print them and pay for return.
Clothes look okay but look shoddy very quickly. So overpriced for the quality.

Guest returns for online orders is a joke. Tried the link to start a return 5 times and it doesn't actually give you an option to start a return/get a QR code, therefore going to have to travel to a store (that hasn't yet been closed due to M&S cost cutting!) and hope the staff are capable of doing their jobs!

Has changed dramatically from years ago, gone downhill so much it's actually sad. Clothes are nowhere near the quality, the sizing is all over the place and unreliable, and returns are a nightmare, where they used to be straightforward. I've lost the will to risk shopping from them, it's just too much trouble and life's too short.

Contacted main office from website who confirmed policy for returns has changed and store staff no longer have facility to use their own initiative and change or refund faulty goods after 35 days as apparently they don't have knowledge or training to decide this.

I cannot return my order as despite booking a collection with Evri three times, they have failed to collect the return and I have no way of returning to the post office as there is no Royal Mail returns label and the QR code does not work! This new paper free system simply does not work and is not helpful to the customer in any way.

The last time I bought joggers/trousers the short length fitted perfectly, as it always has. Recently, I ordered two pairs of each in the short length which is now (at 29") two inches too long. I checked the measurements on site only to discover that I am now "extra short". I simply cannot be bothered to go through the returns procedure and will pay for them all to be shortened. Needless to say, I won't be buying any more.

The returns process used to be easy and straightforward with a pre-paid returns label included in the received order. It has now become a complicated process which doesn't inspire any confidence. It has put me off ordering from M&S again - shame as there are some lovely items
