“Excellent service. Dave and Shaun were absolutely brilliant. They went over and beyond for us. We are young old pensioners and they were extremely helpful.We have not had the machine fitted yet but we are very pleased with it so far. Val Hardidge.”

“The site is informative and easy to follow, able to choose a date making it much easier so no hanging around, plus they tell you beforehand when the delivery will take place. Delivery guys were socialable and chatty.”

“Needing a freezer urgently to put in the garage to put food in that had been grown by my husband on his allotment, I came across Marks Electrical website. Easy to order, with delivery the next day, I couldn't have asked for better service. I would happily recommend Marks Electrical to anyone.”

“Excellent service, I cannot fault Marks Electrical at all. As I was spending a lot of money, I wanted to choose carefully where I shopped but also wanted to shop independent of possible. I'm glad I did, they offered a great price and kept me up to date on order progress, gave a delivery slot and delivered on time. But what I thought was a fantastic touch was the friendly delivery driver was wearing Marks Electrical uniform. They handle every step of the order which is something you don't often see these days. 100% recommended and I'll use them again without doubt.”

“Thrilled that Marks had this item in stock - lead time quoted by other suppliers was at best 6 weeks. AND it was cheaper at Marks by at least £50 (and up to £150). It gets better. Delivered next day free of charge! Good old fashioned quality service. So impressed. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much 😊”

“We bought a Samsung fridge/freezer, it's a really nice product, plenty of room in the fridge, nice big and deep freezer draws, it came well packed and we had our old one collected. The delivery guys were very polite and careful brining and taking the goods out of the house.”
