“Very happy with my new Hotpoint ceramic double oven , was so easy to telephone my order , very good service , notifying by txt and email with confirmation and details of order with a two hour time slot .. brilliant ....and telephoned by delivery men ...early too .”

“We were in the middle of refitting our new kitchen when our appliances supplier informed us at the last minute that the Siemans extractor hood we had ordered (matching all the other Siemans appliances) was no longer available. Within minutes of the call I had found the model on Marks Electrical website, confirmed its availability and purchased it. Best of all, ME assured me it would be with me in two working days. This was followed by an email on the eve of delivery and a phone call on the day itself. Delivery was punctual and service exceptionally polite and friendly. A first class company.”
