“This is my second purchase from Marks Electrical. First purchase was a Bosch microwave December 2020 delivered on day expected and time . First class service when choosing, first class service on delivery. Second purchase was delivered today, being a Neff integrated washing machine, ordered on 26th delivered 27th , delivery driver arrived when he should, helpful as he was on his own. Service first class. When ordering it was nice to have cheerful banter with Andy Swann I have to say 10 out of 10 for service, prompt attention and delivery from the whole team. Washing machine being plumbed in on Sunday. Keep going lads, your simply the best. Keep safe. Best regards Sylvia & Anthony Pullinger”

“Absolutely outstanding service and delivery...ordered a hotpoint condenser drier on Friday afternoon and it arrived Saturday morning!!! I had been waiting for AO to deliver this item for over 3 weeks after I was told it would be two day delivery then they told me they were unable to supply it! Mark’s electrical more than stepped up and not only delivered it in under 24 hours but the driver and assistant were very cheery and approachable...Well done Marks Electrical will definitely be back and I will recommend you to everyone I know! Thanks again x”

“Really cool easy company to deal with, we have had an issue with delivery, but it was sorted without any problem. We have bought 3 appliances on two different occasions, the fridge freezer I didn’t like got changed no questions asked. Staff was so helpful. Also last washer dryer we bought, decided to install it ourselves, got a bit confused with the bottom part, but gave them a call and got it sorted. I am genuinely impressed and really happy with the actual company and customer service. One issue we’ve encountered was their delivery driver. Very bizarre situation, their driver called us, informed that he will be 5minutes, but never turned up. I do think it was a one off and only it was just his “uniqueness “. The company made a delivery the next working day at 6:50 am. Gosh, I only wish they where in charge of Enstroga energy company.”

“Absolute brilliant service from ordering to delivery, when ordering over the phone the operator was polite and answered a few questions I had regarding delivery, I was messaged the night before and given a two hour delivery slot, the two men who delivered our fridge rang when they were 30 mins away, I would highly recommend Marks Electrical also Shaun K and Gavin D for a fast delivery and professional service.. Thank You”

“Ordered a washer dryer which I placed via the telephone with Jake, who was extremely helpful. Free delivery was much appreciated. Delivery within 2 days+ arrived in the time slot that was offered; + informed of this the evening before. Brilliant!”
