“We've had a truly awful experience with this company. Our purchase started out really well and just went down hill from there. The product arrived and even though I'd tried to purchase a gas hob I ended up receiving a hob set up for LPG. When I rang and spoke to someone about this, they told me that it was 'pot luck' whether you received an LPG or gas hob. We had the hob fitted, all of the gas jets had to be changed to make the hob compatible for gas. One of the burners was unable to be changed. A repair company were called in and a few new parts have had to ordered for our 'new' hob! I've written to Mark's Electrical about this utter farce and so far that haven't deigned to respond, this has been going on since 16th September. I'd steer well clear”

“It was cheaper than all of the bigger companies and the service was 1st class.I ordered the washing machine late on a Thursday night and it was delivered the next day.It was delivered quickly and with no damage.Perfect all round.”

“Very quick order process purchased a sale item so brilliant value for money - I choose to collect products from depot 2 young guys were really polite and very helpful in helping me put the cooker into the car. The service from start to finish was excellent - all of the staff I dealt with - making the order arranging the collection and the guys at the depot everyone was superb - I will deffientaly being buying from Marks electrical again.”

“Very easy to order and use the website, had a flash sale as well which knocked down the already reasonable price!
