“Ordered on Saturday, delivered 09.00 Monday morning by the most helpful, cheerful and friendly team of 2. Can not fault any part of the service, washing machine now installed for farm and horse clothes washing. Totally recommend outstanding firm”

“Excellent service. After waiting six weeks for Domestic and General to get me a new machine, I telephoned Marks and a new one was delivered in less than 24 hrs. Aaron was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Marks. Have posted a message to friends on Facebook advising them to use your company.”

“I had bought a dryer a while back from Marks Electrical, and had been very impressed with the price and the service. This time I was looking for a Miele vacuum cleaner, and Marks Electrical again had the best price. Communication about delivery was excellent, and it was delivered on time. I am very impressed, and recommend this company to my friends.”

“Marks Electrical were very efficient in e-mailing confirmation and expected delivery dates from manufacturer and when received into their warehouse offered next day delivery, despite it being 17.00hrs. Full marks to Marks however experience marred by Neff who took 7 weeks to supply the oven - which has a fault.”

“Used your Company 15 months ago to upgrade our gas hob. We were delighted with the service and decided to use you again when replacing our worn out Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine. Once again amazing service-ordered on line one day and delivered at stated time the next. Couldn't be better. This is customer service at its best. Thank you.”

“I've bought two products from Marks Electrical in the last month. Brilliant, no hassle ordering - each time I spoke to a sales person rather than ordering on-line. 'In stock' means 'in stock'. Delivery was bang on. Text came through at 7.30 pm the evening before giving me my delivery slot for the following. Half an hour before arriving the delivery chaps phoned to let me know. Both deliveries were carried out by friendly and competent people. Can't fault them. Oh, and the oven and fridge freezer were superb too!”

“We ordered two large items well before we needed them, they kept them stored until we was ready for them. (No hassling us to have them delivered) When we were ready for them, they delivered them to us exactly when they said they would, The delivery men were first class, very helpful nice people. All in all it was a very pleasurable no hassle experience. We will definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you very Much”

“Had a fantastic service from sales person to the delivery persons, especially dealing for the first time with the company, the service level was superb and had no problems. The excellent price I got for the quality product that I ordered and the next day delivery arriving at the specified time coming all the way from Leicster to Barnet approx. 100miles away was just unbelievable especially with their e-mails and texts . I would definately order from Marks electicals in future for my needs. Keep up the good work and keep smiling. To the whole team. Bharat”
