“Ordered and paid online which was very easy and quick. Confirmation of order was immediate along with a delivery date. Sent text message evening before giving delivery time slot. Delivery man phoned and told me he was 1/2 hour away. He arrived on time and put my larder fridge in the room I asked for, then told me if there were any problems to phone and they would be dealt with. Delivery man was very polite. Larder fridge was perfect. Great service from start to finish.”

“The service was excellent. The driver phoned before delivery, was polite, took me through the procedure and took away my old washing machine. He impressed me very much and it was a huge improvement on the usual delivery you receive.”

“My whole experience when ordering a new fridge-freezer from Marks Electrical was a joy. Christian took my order and answered all my questions about the item to my satisfaction. I was kept informed by email from then on about the delivery and I received my appliance right on time. It was delivered and installed by the delivery man who also removed and took away all the packaging. He also disconnected and took away my old freezer for recycling. Thank you all very much!”

“Bought an AEG end of line fridge freezer for a fantastic price. I was kept informed of the delivery time on the date I selected by email and text then a phone call from Ian Betts the delivery drive just before he arrived. Ian delivered the fridge freezer into my property with no problems and was polite and helpful. I'm pleased I didn't listen to the bad reviews.”

“Extremely competitive price, brilliant delivery to within a minute of quoted delivery time. Good e-mail communication compared to a competitor beginning with the initials AO who never replied at all regarding price match on same prduct. Know who I will be dealing with in the future !”

“We ordered an electric Hotpoint electric cooker from Marks' at a competitive price. As detailed in their advert the cooker was delivered on the appointed date and within the '2 hour delivery slot' they gave us with the delivery driver ringing us 30 minutes before his anticipated delivery time. As promised the cooker was moved down our steep driveway and into our ground-floor room by the driver, ready for our own electrician to install.”

“I ordered an electric cooker and was given a delivery date with a '2 hour delivery slot' which was adhered to. The driver rang 30 minutes before he delivered and was very polite and put it where we wanted it in our ground floor room. The price of the appliance was very competitive too.”

“Ordering the dishwasher was simple and I was able to choose the day for delivery. I received an e-mail the night before giving details of the driver and the 2 hour slot. 25 minutes before the delivery I received a phone call from the driver indicating his approximate arrival time. He arrived within 1 minute of the estimate given. The price of the item was extremely competitive. I rarely recommend companies to other people but in the case of Marks Electrical I already have been telling people of the excellent service and you will be my first port of call when I am looking for any electrical equipment”

“Our dishwasher arrived at the time & day stated (ringing b4 hand). Dishwasher in great condition and Neil Fox took great care not to damage it. He was very helpful & courteous. Love the dishwasher, although only used a couple times, but already family has dishwaser envy! Would highly recommend dishwasher, company and Neil. Thank you!”
