“Ordered an in stock upright freezer on the Saturday morning & was surprised & pleased that they could deliver on the Sunday. I had expected a few days wait at least. Delivery was free too as it was a standard size freezer & ground floor delivery. We were able to give good instructions online about the access to our property - type of road, any restrictions , our driveway etc. so felt confident about the delivery. Driver was on time & we had all the notifications prior to his arrival as promised. Polite & friendly delivery driver. Freezer arrived safe & sound. We’ve followed the set up guide & it seems to be working as it should. I can’t comment on returns & refunds as have not experienced those services. Have not purchased from Marks Electrical before but after this positive experience would do so again without hesitation. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with this company ordered my fridge freezer 11pm Friday evening,got it delivered 2pm Sunday afternoon.kept me up dated on the delivery time arrived when they said it would.The fridge freezer is just what I wanted for a very good price. “We were very pleased by our first purchase from Marks Electrical. Good early delivery time and easy to track where they were.. Speedy unloading and installation by smart professional operatives who were very careful about wiping their feet and not marking our newly fitted kitchen floor. Couldn't fault the service. Would recommend.”

“Hi Ordered my fringe lunch time on a Friday and was able to book next day delivery for Saturday Received a text just after 7pm on Friday confirming 2 hour delivery slot on the Saturday Fridge was delivered early Saturday morning as conformed in text Delivery driver was excellent and very helpful (sorry did not get his name) Great competitive price and the free delivery made it even more beneficial Would highly recommend and use again - all round great service Thank you”

“Couldn't believe the efficiency of this company and their drivers turned down a cuppa to get on to their next delivery. Wish all deliveries were same. Haven't opened the parcel yet mind you as it is not yet needed. I didn't like the blackmail of having to purchase a 5 year guarantee on the hob though. Other than that I would still recommend the company.”

“I was surprised that the fridge I desperately needed could be delivered the next day. I received a number of texts and emails, keeping me informed about the time it would be arriving. The last one said it would be 10.22am. At exactly 10.22am , the van pulled up outside my house. The men were very friendly and helpful. The best service I have ever received from any company. Thank you.😊”

“After much investigation into induction hobs I found Marks Electrics through my Santander credit card Cash Back offer page. The technician information was excellent and the price for a Bosch appliance was competitive. Customer reviews were good for this company so I made the order at 2pm and the hob was received at 8.45 the next morning. So I’m a very happy customer and using the new electric induction hob the same evening with confidence after replacing a 9year old gas hob.”

“freezer broke down on Thursday had to rush around to find a new freezer quickly came across marks electrical by accident but how pleased i was i did even comparing prices they were better then i had seen on other sites, so ordered new freezer at a good price plus free delivery, better still next day delivery, they delivered at 10:50 the next morning great service delivery driver was excellent to say life saver and saving our frozen food from going off great would definitely buy from them again”
