“So easy to order and arrange delivery of my new fridge freezer. All the information and reviews helped me make my decision and the price was excellent with free delivery too. Communication was good too. On delivery day I was given a two hour window and it was well within that time and the two guys were very friendly and helpful. It couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely be back when I need a new appliance!”

“I bought an Aspen Pumps Xtra air conditioning unit and I am over the moon with the product, it arrived in time for this awful heatwave The customer service of Marks Electrical was fantastic, the evening before my delivery I received an update with the time slot and the name of the delivery driver, then on the morning of my delivery I received a message to say my delivery would arrive within the next five minutes, the delivery drivers were excellent, very well mannered and cheerful,”

“We were in disbelief when the item we ordered on a Saturday said it could be delivered the next day on Sunday. We were kept up to date and then bang on time the item was delivered pretty well 24hrs after we ordered. What service!”

“ME ordering page made it very easy to order and pay for my LG oled tv. I was e mailed immediately to inform me what time it would be delivered and then text 10 mins before arrival. Driver was very polite and friendly. Excellent service and a very good price.”

“Excellent service. Best price for this item when compared with other electrical stores + free delivery, kept me updated all morning on delivery time, which was more or less on time stated, on text. Delivery driver was also very courteous and helpful. Would buy from Marks Electrical again and would certainly recommend them.”

“Excellent service. Bought on Friday Bank Holiday cause of the Jubilee. Arrived on Saturday the next day with their own courier! All free of charge! Overall execellent! And the TV is legit Epic. The LG C1 you can use both as a 4K TV or. 4K 120hz G Sync or AMD Freesync Monitor. Or Console. Best of both worlds! And the visuals are no other! Grab them when they go on sale!”

“I recently said in a review that I was unhappy having paid for unwrapping and packaging removal which I did not get.The Wine Cooler arrived already unpackaged so I do not know what I was thinking about.I think I expected to see them unwrapping the thing in my garage! I owe Marks an apology.In fact their service was exemplary-ordered on Saturday,delivered early Monday morning.I do not see how they could improve on their service.Once again,apologies to Marks for my inane blunder.”
