“Excellent service once again by Mark's Electrical. You recieve an email the evening before delivery giving you a 2 hour time slot. Then on the day just prior to delivery you get a call from the driver, this time it was Kevin, upon arrival you're greeted by a smart polite and courteous driver who leaves your new applicance where you need it and wisks the old applicance away, (subject to a small fee). All this and next day delivery fantastic service and thoroughly recommended.”

“Graeme was extremely helpful. He delivered the cooker before the fitter artived to disconnect the old one but he kindly returned to collect it a bit later. Thank you Graeme.”

“I have Recently ordered a new fridge and cooker totally £2000 for our new kitchen from marks electrical initial good communication and easy to deal with i paid an additional £60 for professional delivery due to the size of the items. The 2 delivery men turned up asked for the front door to be taken off as they couldn't be bothered to unpack the items they then dragged in the fridge and damaged my brand new oak floor. When highlighted to Amy the so called manager her response is there is no prove the drivers did the damage and it should have been written on the delivery note ( im sure that would have made a lot of difference) even though both my uncle and the builder saw them do it and reported it straight away to Marks Electrical with pictures , Then on a call with Amy then decide to proportion blame on my uncle and said he did it pretty good customer service blame your customer . I now have to write to probably the elusive Mark Smithson owner of the company in regards compensating the cost to get my floor repaired which will cost around £1000. Stay well away from this company and be very wary on getting anything delivered they have basically come into my house , damaged my property then advised it was us that did it. Amy is the stated Manager of head office she pretty much dismissed everything i was saying . If anyone would like additional information about the experience we received including photos emails etc let me know, Avoid”

“Ordered and paid online which was very easy and quick. Confirmation of order was immediate along with a delivery date. Sent text message evening before giving delivery time slot. Delivery man phoned and told me he was 1/2 hour away. He arrived on time and put my larder fridge in the room I asked for, then told me if there were any problems to phone and they would be dealt with. Delivery man was very polite. Larder fridge was perfect. Great service from start to finish.”

“My whole experience when ordering a new fridge-freezer from Marks Electrical was a joy. Christian took my order and answered all my questions about the item to my satisfaction. I was kept informed by email from then on about the delivery and I received my appliance right on time. It was delivered and installed by the delivery man who also removed and took away all the packaging. He also disconnected and took away my old freezer for recycling. Thank you all very much!”

“Bought an AEG end of line fridge freezer for a fantastic price. I was kept informed of the delivery time on the date I selected by email and text then a phone call from Ian Betts the delivery drive just before he arrived. Ian delivered the fridge freezer into my property with no problems and was polite and helpful. I'm pleased I didn't listen to the bad reviews.”
