Very pleased with my new Bosch Fridge/Freezer, delivered on time, no hanging around waiting for delivery. Delivery driver very helpful with unpacking and information on use of product. Recommend using Marks Electrical.

Ordering on-lime was very simple. Received an email and a text to advise of delivery time and a follow up telephone call from the delivery driver. Driver was extremely polite, helpful and explained fully about the procedures to follow in the event that I needed to speak to either technical department or customer services. A very good service and will recommend Marks Electrical to others.

Having ordered a fridge and a freezer on two different days within a week we were very pleased with the prices and delivery was excellent by a very friendly driver .We would recommend Marks to anyone who needs good service and quick delivery

A company to rival another well known online electrical store that does it even better! Mark's Electrical cannot be faulted. Brilliant telephone customer service matches speedy delivery within the allocated time slot. Excellent, I would certainly use again and recommend to friends & family!

Everything was fine apart from one point. Initially going on your website to order an item at the top of the page was a message giving the time left to order to be able to receive the item the next day. Then going through the order form the earliest possible day for delivery was at least two days later. Fortunately I was able to be available to receive the item on that day. If your computerised timing system cannot keep up then please give yourself and your customers a more realistic delivery time on your front page.

Excellent prices,service and communication. We were advised at every stage re purchase and delivery. Delivery guy was exceptional ! He reversed the opening on the fridge door for us even tho we were his last call on a Friday evening. Very courteous and pleasant along with the young lad who was helping him. Highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with my purchase. The service from customer services was outstanding when I asked if my freezer could be delivered a few days sooner than the suggested / expected date the staff member said she would need to check if a delivery could be arranged to suit and would call me back. She called me back with in 20 mins to confirm this could be done. The freezer was delivered on time as arranged. Fantastic service.

The sales team were very helpful and gave me the next available delivery date the I got a email confirmation from customer service and a email the night before with a two hour window, and to cap it of the driver rang 25 minuets before he arrived and he brought both items straight into my kitchen for me. Well done all departments.

I bought a Fridgemaster fridge online from this company for £209. The first fridge that was delivered, the door kept falling off. That fridge was replaced without any quibble by Marks Electrical and a replacementdelivered. 8 months later the fridge started to fail. I called Marks Electricals and they gave me the number to call Fridgemaster and get an engineer out. The engineer said the door on this fridge was also faulty and had come away from the fridge housing, he also told the fridge had been dropped from some height and was damaged. This meant my warranty was null and void and now Marks Electrical are refusing to do anything to replace or repair my fridge because I accepted a faulty item and then took 8 months to realise it was faulty! If I had know it was faulty I would not have accepted it, obviously, given I had returned an earlier fridge. Given I couldn't pick the fridge up, it seems obvious that I could not have dropped it. Buyer beware, I have been sold faulty goods and have no recourse to consumer law to put it right. Be very careful what you buy from this company.
